When it comes to customer service and supporting when needed, unfortunately it’s very bad, especially in urgent situation. They will be alike a lot of delay and a gab of communication between the customer service and the delivery company and also when it comes to the packaging as you know, it’s perfume and the perfumes being impacted when it exposed to heat so sometimes I receive the delivery and the box itself. It feels hot and actually that impacted one of my perfumes that I ordered from you. I would always try to highlight this to customer service however it’s rare to find someone who can actually assist and help especially as a reseller and I’m ordering a lot of perfumes and you can check that by my contact details as sometimes the delay it affect my customers also and sometimes I request for an urgent delivery although I’m highlighting that I can pay higher fee for the delivery still I’m not finding any assistance so if you ask me the oval or experience 1 to 10, I’ll say unfortunately it’s 5 and 5 it’s for the authenticity of the perfume itself and the payment method. It’s actually secure and the payment options also.

What I liked was the inclusion of free samples, which gave me the chance to try some beautiful new fragrances.
The only downside was that my order took 16 days to arrive, even though the stated delivery time was a maximum of 10 days.
I placed the order on the third day of Eid, so I’m not sure if that affected the delivery time or not.
But this is the one thing that’s making me hesitate to order again .

The product offered is original, but the after-sales service is very bad. They do not mention the shipping price to you, nor do they mention the tax you pay to the sending country. The existing discounts are paid for the shipping price and the tax on the product. A smart trick.
I contacted you on WhatsApp and I have all the evidence. I contacted you via email and sent you all the pictures and attachments. I don't blame you. By the way, you don't have a shipping option. I read all the instructions. You impose the shipping company you want to ship with. I don't want to get into a verbal battle. Anyway, I said the only bad thing is that your product is original. But as a customer, you have to make sure of everything before you agree.
