Fantastic service and great product
Nicola was fantastic to deal with from the very first minute I placed the order. Communication was great and she was pleased to add additional photos on my later request. Having received the framed photos which were extremely well packaged I am very happy, as is my son who I was gifting it to. I would definitely use Nicola again.

Picture collage
Ordered a picture collage for my friends 50th, Nicola responded so quickly that she’d received my photos (very easy to send via WhatsApp) & would send me a sample before going to print, next day this happened!! I asked her to swap a picture, even tho she did say once it was done no changes allowed, but she was extremely accommodating & changed it & sent the next day!! I am so so pleased with my picture collage frame it looks fantastic & so impressed with the speed of getting it done & sent - highly recommend Nicola - can’t thank you enough for yr patience & being so accommodating (I’ll be back & promise no changes next time!!😉) Lisa (110% very happy customer) 🤩

Always goes above and beyond
I used Nicola a while back and she created such a lovey personalised gift for my partner. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and extremely professional, she shown me preview of the order before sending and the gift arrived on time.
Not only did Nicola go above and beyond for me but she helped me out not once but twice for a charity event for my niece but gifting vouchers, and I know the people who used those vouchers were highly impressed- this just goes to show what a lovely lady she is, how she is more than willing to go above and beyond for others and is also why I would recommend her to others.

Beware - very unprofessional!
Nicola advertises delivery times that are not achievable for her. When contacted, she was very defensive and unpleasant with an entitled attitude. Instead of resolving my issue, she waited a week then cancelled my order. Not worth your time.

Thank you for your feedback, although I am disappointed to read the inaccuracies. I chose to cancel your order after receiving multiple emails that were rude and accusatory, and felt it would be difficult to create something handmade and personal in those circumstances.
For clarity: your order was placed on Tuesday 26 August, with dispatch clearly stated on the confirmation as Monday 1 September (this has also been confirmed by Etsy). That same day, when you sent your photos, I highlighted the dispatch date again and explained you would receive a preview before posting.
On Friday evening you asked for tracking details; I replied out of hours that your order had not yet been dispatched. You then demanded Saturday posting. I explained that I could not dispatch the following day due to family commitments, and that Royal Mail do not collect business parcels on Saturdays. I also pointed out that you were aware of our rush order option, which you had seen but chosen not to use.
Although you confirmed you were happy with Monday dispatch, on Sunday evening I received further accusations of false advertising. At that point I cancelled the order and issued a full refund, providing a full timeline and copying Etsy in for transparency.
I take great pride in my customer service, reflected in my many 5-star reviews both here and on Etsy (where I have over 1,600 5-star ratings and Star Seller status). Many reviews note how I have gone above and beyond to meet special requests. Sadly, in this case, your expectations could not be met within the advertised and achievable timescales.
For context, this reviewer has also recently left several other one-star reviews for different businesses. Readers are welcome to view my full profile, where this is the only 1-star entry among consistently 5-star feedback — evidence of the care and pride I take in my work.

Quick service and kept up to date on the delivery from beginning to end. Upon delivery the frames were packaged perfectly. Nicola was really helpful and gave great advice on the photos submitted for framing. Would highly recommend.
