Didn’t receive my item then after a week had to make an enquiry to see what had happened as website still said my order was processing only after I made an enquiry did I receive an email saying I could have a refund which was good but a little communication along the way would have been better

Paid for next day delivery didn’t receive it untill 3 days later

Well, the product I purchased is yet to arrive, despite two emails chasing this company!

The original email from them was vague, confirmed order was received but zero communication since (it's been nearly 2 weeks, which I feel is a bit excessive for a dispatch of some shampoo and conditioner!!!!!)

I will be contacting my bank for a charge back as soon as the 21 day has hit as clearly, I have been scammed here!

Unfortunately I never received my order. No communication as to delay, it was out of stock. Money refunded promptly.

Would not purchase from here again and wish I had seen the other reviews before buying. Product didn't arrive, then told after emailing that it had been lost which I don't believe. Asked for a refund but not heard anything back. Disappointing.

Almost one week after I placed my order I still haven’t received an email to say if my order has been dispatched or not?!

Wrong product sent. Emailed twice and messaged nothing back. Very disappointed as I needed for holiday. Have ordered before and hadn’t received a product. But they acted prompt and I got another one. But this time no response in over a week. Won’t be ordering again or recommending

I'm still waiting for the delivery to turn up , over 3 weeks now

Again brilliant service everything delivered that was ordered.

First time ordering from here..bought £25 bottle of Shampoo..and received a conditioner..Ive emailed twice now and had no reply.
Not happy.

Unfortunately the package wasn't well packed and the shampoo wasn't sealed with a tape so it leaked. It was a mess when the postman handed me my package which had split open because of the contents leaking. The invoice receipt had disintegrated.

Recommend that all your products have a seal on it.

Have always struggled with frizzy hair and was introduced to Kerasilk about a year ago and never looked back. They are great products that leave my hair silky smooth, no more frizz. Found great products on the Nicola Smyth website at great prices. Even better when on sale. Quick communication and fast efficient delivery. Would definitely recommend.
