Payment taken on 30th June. Goods still not received by 16th July. Despite me completing the web contact form, no communication from the company. No telephone number to speak to anyone. Very poor customer service.

Have used a couple of times now, brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Much better packaging this time and no leakages.

Good range of products at very competitive prices. Ordering is straightforward. I had notification of despatch on 8 June but several days later, Royal Mail tracking showed 'still awaiting item'. I emailed Nicola Smyth twice but they didn't reply. Item arrived 7 days after despatch email. Delay might have been due to Royal Mail or Nicola Smyth but a response to my email would have been appreciated.

I had an amazing haircut and colour from Marie at Warwick! I went from long to a Pixie cut. She really thought about my face shape, my hair texture and my lifestyle and just basically gave me the perfect cut and colour. I absolutely love it and have had so many compliments. The best one of all was from my five year old boy who said it was ‘super awesome’!

The goods were despatched swiftly and were well packaged. A shampoo bottle was additionally sealed to prevent seepage. No problem with the supplier at all, only Royal Mail who put us down as the recipient even though we were not at home and promptly left the package on our doorstep in the open. Luckily our neighbour saw it and took it in.

Very rapid delivery of the usual very regularly-used high-quality product.
However, I have down-marked by one star simply because the soft bubble-pack packaging used by your company had allowed the shampoo bottles to leak significantly in transit. I confirm that I have purchased the same shampoo regularly from other suppliers over the past several years and have not experienced this serious leakage issue ever before. I would therefore like to note that other suppliers tend to (a) use more robust cardboard box packaging which prevents significant bottle movement during transit and (b) use individual adhesive tape on each bottle valve to prevent accidental valve-opening during transit. I confirm that these packaging comments are not made as a form of complaint but are simply made in the spirit of trying to help. Please therefore accept the comments in that light.
