I ordered and paid for 12 collagen masks, I only received 4 and customer service have not replied.

Would not recommend
They aren't as good in the flesh as the advertisements/videos are. Very disappointing. Whats more disappointing (and worrying) is that I ordered the collagen and salmon packs, waited almost 4 weeks to arrive and when they did both packing said collagen but in 2 different colours. I emailed Nifora to say I'd been sent the wrong order - they replied saying they ran out of packaging for the Salmon but assured me it was. I don't know any other company that would send a product out knowingly in the wrong packaging and not inform the customer of this. I have no idea what I have received. Will not be buying from them again. Plus masks don't fit properly, better masks available from supermarkets.

Such a waste of money. Terrible masks. Barely any fluid, rip really easily. Terrible fit. Suggests keeping it on for 3-4hours but dries out and peels off within about 30mins.
Total shite. Don’t waste your money!

My brother gave me one of these for Christmas. I never face masks but decided to give this a try.

Putting it one took me a couple of minutes. I found that gently tapping it when it’s on your face works well.

It is amazing. It has plumped up the area under my eyes, my cheeks and the lines above my mouth. Use them every week now.

I ordered 3 packs. They did take a while to come but they are ssssooooo worth the wait.

Love them.

Absolutely love Nifora!

I have been a loyal cutomer for atleast a year now,and I can honestly say i will not try other products.

The masks are absolutely lovely,my skin feels amazing after usage and it clearly makes a difference as my husband noticed a change even after first use

Customer service is excellent and i have never had any issues in contacting them.

Bought these to try as I’m a mature lady going through the menopause and my skin is just awful on my face. I thought I’d give these face masks a try, however I have sensitive skin and as soon as I put this on my face it started burning. It doesn’t fit on the face, wide gaps around the mouth and eyes, also doesn’t fit on the bridge of my nose. It also ripped when I picked it up and I have no nails. I’m not impressed and I don’t recommend them.

It doesn't stick to your face... it's awful – don't waste your money on it...

One month in and still not product to arrive. Requested my money back but refused because 'its on it way'

I have been a professional within skin and laser clinics my reason for sharing this is that you all know I have years of experience I was also a trainer
My point is over a very long time of using all types of products theses masks I feel deserve 5 stars for the hydration the firming of the skin it’s a very noticeable positive difference I would high recommend these

Don’t waste your money on these masks
They are don’t fit the face properly, they fall off and the results are useless
From China and took two weeks to arrive
I read the reviews after I purchased them
I asked for a refund before they were dispatched and was refused
I wouldn’t even give them away

Long delivery time, mask is ill fitting, braks easily, doesnt stick to face. Not much liquid in there... this was super overpriced. I feel like i have been tricked! Seems like korean branding but this is shipped from and manufactured in china... which is not necessarily a problem but it is deceptive

Awful product! It doesn't stay on face. It ripped as soon as I took it out of the packaging. not much liquid to the packet. feels cheap but was expensive. Took ages to arrive, cannot get through to anyone. for a refund or complaint!

Iteam was damaged . I want to return it but nobody help me. It's not original product. Product cap was plastic and there was no bar code. So I return it. Please help me.

Tryed the green and red mask, and it really worked... i left it over night, and it really smoothens the skin, and gave a visible glow.

Bought two months supply of these tried one and I had a strange chemical taste at the back of my throat and my face is so dry , bight red and swollen in places . Have thrown them away would never buy again

Love it, really lovely with it drying on skin..really makes skin feel totally moisturised & I've normal skin but it still looks lovely after use ..love this ..

I ordered in early decmber and I have yet to receive my order. No reply on email and now my order says it has been returned to Nifora. I would like my money back.
