I never received my order. Customer support promised to send new one, but after many emails, they never send the order which I have already pay for. Do not trust!

Waited over two weeks for delivery but accepted this as the norm for something bought off FB adverts. Wow! What a disappointing product, tried putting the mask on, kept slipping off and breaking was impossible to keep it in place. So, decided to bin the first one as thought it might be a dud. Tried again with another one this time laid back on the bed but again slipping off, mask is much smaller than the ones you see in the adverts seriously difficult to put on and keep on. Gave up after 5 minutes of trying. Not sure why there are good reviews for this, unless they have two different stocks of them i.e the ones they show in the adverts and the rubbish they send out once they’ve got your money. Don’t waste your money on this !

Super happy with this product, I was not expecting it to work that well, always a bit sceptical when ordering a new product online.
Easy to put on, I kept it on overnight, had to sleep on my back for the first 3 hours, the mask was sticky to the touch once dryer I could sleep on my side.
When I removed the mask in the morning, I was very pleasantly surprised, my skin looked nice and plump, wrinkles around my eyes and lip line had just about disappeared. I am hooked.

Masks are nothing like the ones advertised, once you complain they offer momey off & to keep the items if I would give them a 5 star rating, in the bin

Another con straight out if China! These companies should not be allowed to keep screwing people over! My order shows up 3 weeks late, and the wrong item. Customer service is a joke. Not worth the money or the month it takes to deliver!

I have used 3 masks to day (within 10 days) and can‘t see much difference. A remarkable change is seen directly after the use of a mask. But my skin returns quickly to the normal status (dry). Nevertheless I‘ll give your product more time and will provide you with more info later.

Would’ t even give this company 1 star. It took 5 weeks to arrive, from China. I’ve opened 2 collagen masks….good luck to anyone trying to put them on your face, they slide off. Absolutely terrible. You don’t get refunds, customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money and get the decent ones and pay more. I paid £40 and have now chucked the entire contents in the bin.

Love it so far have only used one mask and was delighted with the results, I guess by looking at some of the one star reviews it depends of your skin type, I’m no expert but like how it left my skin for several days

If I could give it a minus I would …this is an absolute scam ..you are better if with your every day mask from pharmacies.

The mask is poor quality.
The mask does not fit, disintegrates and does not work.
I left it overnight on my face.
Could not sleep. It was so cold on my face, could not relax. Had to sleep under covers.
Woke up with a sore throat and blocked nose and crispy plastic on my face AWFUL!!

Mask feels lovely when you put it on, but as it begins to go translucent, it feels really crisp. I put this on overnight, when I woke I expected my skin to feel really hydrated but the mask had gone crispy ( like a bag of walkers!) and skin felt really dry. Rubbish! I've read some good and bad reviews but I think the good ones are fabricated by the company. Don't waste your money, You can buy a Vit c face mask for £1 in Home Bargains which feels a lot nicer.

It’s just plastic on plastic and a dry mask- not worthy of trying out.

I bought these at the beginning of October and am yet to receive anything or get a refund despite chasing multiple times. The face masks were good but the customer service is awful

Masks don't adhere to face and are therefore worthless. Have found a far better brand and certainly won't be buying these again.

I love the collagen masks I usually sleep in it so it’s dry by the morning and my skin has soaked all the goodness up . My skin looks plump and rested , better than a facial !

These masks actually do what they say they are going to do. I’ve tried all three products..
• anti-wrinkles collagen masks
• bio-collagen real deep masks
• collagen wrapping mask

I’ve only been using them for a week and have tried all of them only two times and I’ve noticed a massive difference in my skin already. My skin is glowing, hydrated and looking so pumped. I cannot wait to keep using these mask and for my skin to look even better. Highly recommend!

The masks are wonderful. They leave the skin soft and hydrated. I love them

Despite three attempts, masks don’t stay in place (despite toning prior), and disintegrate or fall apart. Not worth the money.
