excellent service telephoned when my husband came out of hospital explained how it all worked and made sure he had a extra speedy delivery the first time and subsequently they message every month with a reminder the bags need to be ordered by the docs very helpful on the phone actually speak not bot !

The agent who rang was courteous and pleasant. She went through a number of items checking that I had an adequate supply, explaining how many I should have in case of emergency. She was knowledgeable about the product and how long the service would take. So, very happy with the service.
