Nightingale’s communication and efficiency was excellent.
I placed my order on Nightingale’s website on Monday and found it easy to use. I received an immediate confirmation of my order and referral to my GP and then a projected window of three days for delivery. This was followed up by confirmation by the delivery company of the actual day and three hour time window which they then met with ease. All done in three days! I was very pleased to receive so much information throughout and the efficiency of the process.

APC kept me informed about the progress of the delivery. This included the time slot allocated for its arrival. This is very helpful. The person who brought the item was courteous, helpful, and in good humour. As always the service was excellent…
As always the service was excellent only had one issue with one of my deliveries it was thrown over the wrong fence by the delivery driver I informed the delivery company as I know them well even the managers, this was sorted the same day and does reflect on nightingale themselves. I’ve found it’s not what you know but who you know and trust me when I say I know them I do. All other orders have been delivered with care.
