I found this site as my usually street person have let me down so much and hate waiting around.. I was skeptical as saw mixed reviews about delivery etc, I contacted the support staff and they were amazing throughout and my delivery have arrived today :) thank you so much guys! They really are legit:) will be ordering more next Friday:)

Had a similar issue as a few people recently! Order wasn't showing anything on the tracking for about a week, contacted costumer support and my order was delivered the day right after. Was honestly scared I'd gotten scammed lol

edit: I'm new to this, but can confirm the edibles are the real thing

I ordered on the 23rd and didn't receive for a week, so I got in contact with the customer service team through the support ticket section of the website. I was asked to wait a couple more days to confirm it being lost, and did so. Once they considered it lost after this period, it was then reshipped, and it arrived the day after! I was concerned as there are other reviews that mention missing orders, maybe a shipment of theirs went missing? Either way, if you are missing something, they WILL sort it for you if you open a support ticket with them and they are very nice.

This is my second order. I ordered last thursday and still haven’t received it. Been in contact with support who says they are waiting to hear from their management about next steps. Same story as many others where royal mail hasn’t received the parcel. I’ve been asking for a replacement but no replies from the support team anymore. Items are expensive and I hope I haven’t been robbed of my money.

Ordered at 29/7 @ midday, 24 hours later the postman is handing me my envelope - wonderful service thanks all at Nila - keep up the good work

I placed an order last Thursday and nothing Royal Mail shows we are expecting it. This is my first and last time i bought from nila.bz never made this mistake again avoid !!!!

You MUST order your package before 11am to ensure your next day delivery. If you do this you should get your package in no time!

Several amazing orders with quick delivery, but pretty sure they are just scamming now. Orders take about a week to arrive if they arrive at all and customer service can’t give any insight into the matter whatsoever if they even respond at all. DO NOT BUY

Quick delivery and great product no problems next day delivery if order is put in on time so don't know where the bad reviews are coming from

Cancelled at the exact time of appointment. I had travelled all the way for the appointment I had booked over 2 months in advance. Poor communication and customer service

Next day, discreet delivery. ordered 1 pr, came withion 24 hours of me ordering, and smells great. also a good little smell proof dube tube. would reccomend

I've made a number of orders since March, all been fine, my most recent order was on the 11th July (#48504 and #48507), it turned up the next day as always. So I'm not sure what's going on with the bad reviews on here!

I've ordered from these guys several times before, always had a good experience.

Ordered on July the 2nd, the order was dispatched at half eight the next morning. The tracking then receives no updates they dropped it off, then one week later it suddenly receives an item received update, then says delivered the next day. The delivery photo isn't on the order, says "not yet available or may have been removed". And my order most certainly has not arrived.

It is now the 24th, nothing has changed. A support email said the package "had been stolen" and that they dispatched another, but nothing ever arrived and no tracking number. Switched to Greenmart.

Update July 30th

Received an email from Trustpilot saying Nila "thinks the review is for another company", or something along those lines. Safe to say, it most certainly isn't.

Most likely an attempt to slow down and remove the Truspilot reviews catching on and alerting potential victims.

I ordered three shirts and only received two. I don’t seem to be getting any more response from them as I tried to help them by re-ordering and hopefully getting four shirts for the price of two but no response very poor in communication. I’m trying to return the shares to get a refund as I only received two.

Do not buy from them anymore. They were legit, I had several deliveries with great quality product straight to my door. Now it seems they have closed up shop and taken money, typical as I had just put in a big order. Seems 3rd of July was the date, as another user had the same issue

Was a bit sceptical about this website, but I placed an order for a disposable yesterday (47937) around 2:30pm and got my delivery today at 11, very good quality liquid Very pleased and will order again :) 👍🏻

First time buyer (47035) ordered Tuesday 1st July arrived Thursday 3rd it arrived in great condition, stuff smokes great, super smooth on the draw and burns cleanly.

I will be ordering again soon thank you Nila!
