Nothing received over a week from ordering with 24 hour delivery.

I ordered twice from this website. They charged for next day delivery but it never arrives next day. A bit unprofessional. I’m still waiting for my order

put in a order was supposed to be next day delivery been 2 days and not even been sent out still says waiting to be received on royalmail tracking and no reply from customer service feel as tho ive been scammed

These guys don't mess around great service I wouldn't take note over a bad review as the service I received was spot on 100%

I ordered the THC tincture (1500mg)| - theres no way theres any THC in this, and definitely not 1500mg! This is just CBD and i paid £46 for it - delivery came after 1 day but really disappointed, i started on 3 drops, felt nothing, turned to 7 drops then 20 then the whole dropper full and stilll nothing just a slight heavy feeling and eye heaviness. very very disappointed

The product was good was a bit industrialised the second time the packaging is piss poor just one layer then the sealed baggy that had been sprayed with odour control real same, the bubble wrap was the cheaper pink kind with very weak seal that anyone could open and reseal and get a good look at the contents. My trust feels is a bit violated on the packaging and the second email with the royal mail tracking link noted to the email is just bait, don't accept it people. Considering the number of people in UK with medical and people who don't qualify some stupid medical check too it just seems a low way of getting there message across, genuinely.

I’ve ordered from these guys many times. Always arrives with no real issue. Only thing that is either not true or I’m getting bad timing on is the same day delivery when you order before a certain time. On 2 separate occasions I’ve ordered early in the morning and it comes 2 days later. Almost like it takes longer to come when I order early. I do wish there was an active support to update your shipping status rather than having to click that tracker link only to see “pre transit” for 2 days.

Other than that, go for it. Much better than the crap on the streets and it comes straight to you.

At first I thought this was a scam an id get a middle finger in the post but I can’t fault them, I’ve ordered a few times now an will only be getting my product from Nila. Absolute quality products these guys are the best. Also when I’ve panicked an messaged them on support they are very helpful, and fast to respond an resolve your issue (user error in my case) but I needn’t of bothered messaging as these guys know what they’re doing, secure packages and super fast delivery of awesome products, you can’t go wrong, I highly recommend them. Well done Nila keep up the good work!

Don't buy from here. Nila used to be good, pretty competitive but now things are just scammy. The are selling CBD instead of THC, they are cutting their product with trash fillers and the sale prices should be ignored as the origal price they quote was never true to begin with. Shame as they used to be great to buy from but now there's many other places with better products at much better prices

Ordered a vape and it just kept clogging! Making it impossible to use so feel like I’ve wasted my money, sad because whenever it did work it was great and the delivery was super fast!

Ordered tincture for the first time and I was let down, didn't experience anything. I contacted them about it and we very quickly came up with the resolution for me to receive a replacement of any product I wanted (out of the edibles and vapes). I received the replacement within 2 days and they work like a charm. Definitely recommended!

Would give a 0 if I could but it was my second and final time buying from nila, at first I just bought a £20 pre rolls which was horrible, it was underweighed at 0.7 while it was labled at 1g aswell as the extremely poor quality and taste and high that was very unpleasant and way to strong so I'm suspecting spice has been added or some other extra ingredient they dont fell like mentioning. My 2nd time ordering was the "uplift" tincture that was so diluted with what I'm guessing was essential oils that I had about half of the 10ml bottle just for barley any high. Im very disappointed with what this site has to offer and dont recommend it to anyone its far to overpriced for the products they sell and I'd say look somewhere else that's worth the money

I did my first order over a month ago. I was waiting over the week to place my order to Scotland. Quality of my order was really high and I was wondering to do another order as fast as possible to get this quality stuff but... I paid by crypto last time and didnt pay attention how much I really paying cos was small amount, I paid 1-2 quid too less and contact to customer service and my order been placed anyway, really appreacit but I tried to order again for 200 £ and I check how much is it in crypto and noticed is not 15% off, just only about 7% off when you paying by crypto, all other fees which you have to pay when you pay by crypto make you normal price tbh.. so really good stuff but overpriced and scamming by paying crypto..

I also found these guys via a QR code. I just received my delivery. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product and the speed of service.

Honestly after finding one of these qr codes I scanned it not thinking much and ordered expecting nothing or some coppers at my door and it arrived the 3.5 of Yikes was a very good smoke would recommend tbh especially if you don't know a dealer.

Bad quality, pre-rolled joints do not have the weight specified by them (1G), it is a maximum of 0.7G, Mixed with tabaco and SPICE.

I must say this is a fantastic service for anyone in an area that doesn't get smoke or finds it very difficult to get.I have never had an issue with their delivery.
My real criticism now is just the quality of the flower is really low especially for the price. If I'm paying £60 for a 3.5 I really think it should be above average every time, however my recent order of the cookie kush was very much like a beginner home grow rather than a high quality bud and I'm 100% sure the exodus cheese was actually haze which is very disappointing as I only went back to ordering the flower as those are two of my favourite strains but for £100 I'm really disappointed ☹️

I'd be lying if I said I could honestly recommend the flower as out of maybe 6 or 8 strains it's been maybe 1 or 2 that were good or worth the price. The vape carts are a little better although again sometimes they taste burnt but work for keeping the edge off from no bud

My order came 2 days after I ordered (as expected, I ordered after 3pm).
Very happy with my order.
