I’ve been a loyal Nila customer for a while, and I’ve even recommended them to at least 10 people who now buy regularly—some almost every week. But with the way things are going, I can’t keep justifying my loyalty.
When I first started buying the shake, it was £40. Within a month, the price shot up to £70—an absolutely ridiculous increase in such a short time. Then there was the so-called "sale." I added products to my basket one day at a lower price, only to find them back up to £70 the next day. How is that fair? On top of that, the website falsely inflates "original" prices to make discounts seem bigger—listing something at £90, then acting like £65 is a bargain when it was never £90 to begin with.
A vape that lasts less than a week for £60? And that's supposed to be the sale price? Come on. It’s getting harder and harder to justify spending money here when prices seem to be pulled out of thin air.
Today was the final straw. I went to place an order for three bags of shake, only to find the price jacked up again. I’ve spent a lot with Nila over the last few months, but at this rate, it’s just not sustainable. You need to focus on quality over quantity of clients—because loyal, frequent customers won’t stick around if they feel ripped off.
Maybe spend less on fancy packaging if it means reducing costs for customers. And if you’re going to have a sale, email people about it so they actually have a chance to benefit. You have competitors—don’t get lazy. People aren’t stupid, and in this economy, no one has money to waste. If this pricing nonsense continues, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The z33 at £30 is awesome, creamy Z terps with some dank gelato in the back, flowers are light/dark green with some tinges of blue from the gelato, dried and cured great, looks soil grown, now that it's back up to 55 I'm not so sure
The yikes has a damp note and taste, think it was packaged with a lil too much moisture, zface has good effects and bud structure but very muted and not that strong, same with the ice cream cake, think theyre hydroponic grown, deffinitely needs to be cheaper or better quality, not smoking the rest of the yikes
Quite unimpressed, they're only charging this much because they know people will pay it if they have no other option, thankfully we do though
Really makes no sense because they could sell ten times more if they weren't overcharging, I don't mind paying £60/8th if it's good but its not, maybe it's just london prices
2 star, would highly reccomened you use a better dispensary these people would rather hold onto their bud for months just to sell it at their prices, which at that point it smells fermented and in the case of the yikes it smells damp and mouldy, doubt they'll be refunding or removing it from the store which tells you a lot, 1 star actually

Great choice, great price, awesome support and fast delivery. Found a sticker with QR and it made my weekend in London even better than expected.
Great service, just got abit to expensive for me now. Hopefully they go back to their competitive ways.
100% cbd, ordered a pre roll as I was skeptical and it is all cbd i have been involved in the hemp industry for a long time and could smell it the second I opened it, I then broke down the pre roll to see if it was a mix and it is all 100% cbd, showed >0.2 on cheap thc tester

The lowest choise being ami at 40 is rubbish now. Was obviously much better when 20, but not always expecting that kind of price, needs to at least be 1 bud at 30. Don't even use nila anymore compared to when was cheaper unfortunately.
Always a fast and efficient service, great customer service. Products I have received are high quality.
Great. Easy to order, you pay with bitcoin or bank transfer. If you order before 3pm, you are likely to receive your order the next day, latest 48hrs, the tracking is helpful to. Nice quality product, discreet packaging and responsive when I contacted them, which was once. Recommend.
Payment has now been confirmed, after a few days of back and forth, still waiting on package, unsure whether i will use again, but the support portal did eventually pull through for me.
Great service never mind my previous review, all though there’s not much support. You can trust speedy delivery.
Thanks guys
I’ve ordered many times always been brilliant and arrived quickly. I’ve got an issue at the moment because I’ve accidentally paid into one of their previous accounts and it’s the weekend so I have no idea whether my order will arrive or my money is lost, hopefully they will contact me on Monday. I bought two cartridges (mimosa and uplift) and they've been pretty good. Quite long lasting and gives the desired effect, however I've noticed that both of my cartridges have begun to leak after a while. I don't know if it's my fault since this is my first time vaping, but both of mine started leaking and getting on my fingers and in my mouth. Plus my uplift cartridge keeps getting clogged. Also burn my throat sometimes but that might just be because I'm not used to vaping.
Product is great, leaves you feeling chill and tastes quite nice, not bad for the price however the 'next day delivery' is 50/50 regardless if you order it before the cut off. Just an heads up.
Ordered 115£ worth products with btc, didn’t pay attention that payment took small fee. Order failed after 3 hours of pending status because it was around 1 £ less btc then system expected.my btcs are gone but order is not placed. Waiting for customer support all day, hope they will resolve it. Btw its my first time ordering it from nila, hoping for good experience and help from customer support.
Ofc Review stars will rise accordingly.
Couldn't recommend highly enough - top service, great products, fast delivery. I was very sceptical, but not only did my parcel arrive, it was there the next day. I will 100% be using them again. Thank you!
Ordered from them on saturday but it was abit late so I understand why it was shipped sunday, and then came on tuesday which isnt to bad. I ordered 28g of the shake which came to about £120 which was pretty good, but £120 for what, to be under weighed and the bud is so dry, it smells banging, but it is almost as if the bud is sprayed. I dont like this. I ordered previously before and I rather enjoyed thay. The smoke isnt even enjoyable.
Stop leaving your sh-*tty drug stickers around my town. Dirty.
Nice product, great communication and speed of delivery.
Came the cartridges broken once, sent a replacement 3 days later after throwing the old ones, new one also broken, attached new pictures, with the different broken parts, and they are calling me a liar, this is my opinion so far and the support you can expect here.
UPDATE - 1 week later and still don't want to replaced what it came broken, still denying everything...
