Made a couple of orders for me and my friends on Friday just wondering when they would be delivered

Was skeptical at first but was worth taking the plunge. Vape product i ordered is excellent, quality of the herb is questionable but it weighs up and delivery is prompt and discreet. nice.

Hoping for a quick resolution to my order which was paid by crypto, which payment had gone through but order did not proceed past that page and now I have no pending delivery.

This isn’t a review but will updated when I’ve got the chance to communicate with the team behind Nila and get this issue sorted

I was so very sceptical at first, you always hear of scammers and other horror stories. I am so pleased to say, after my first order. These guys are legit

Nothing but a 5* review, will say first time buying from them, used BTC and misplaced a number due to this order didn’t go through but money did. They could’ve took the money and said nothing, but not only did they reply helping they made the order for me, came next day and top quality product, will be buying more!

I have ordered once, never received it and I wrote despite been promised to get a replacement, well, you guessed it - never got one. On top of that, after using this website were a few attempts from unknown e-commerce platforms to use my card details …my bank stopped it. So, in short - seems like a nice and kinda legit website, but would advise you not to try!

First order was fine, second the payment has gone through but the order has not. No reply all day from customer service, unacceptable that i don’t get any reply from them (second day).
Like I said first order was smooth as butter, but the second feels like they take my money but don’t care.

Update I got a reply so moved it up to 4 star.. fairs fair..

Amazing experience. Came within 36 hours and great quality vape pen. Also gave me a free pack of gummies which was a very welcome surprise and tasted delicious and did the job. Will definitely be ordering from here long term.

They are absolutely not reliable! Whats the point of haveing good buds when you have to wait a whole week to get and when you message their supoort team, it takes 2 days for them to reply to you. Absolute nightmare! If you are in urgent need, they are not the one for you. They will fail you.

Liquid is incredibly darker than on the website and package took almost a week to arrive with no contact from customer support. Tastes off as well

Did an earlier post when my package didn’t arrive . Fair play they did get back to me and there was a problem with postage . Now been rectified so giving 5 stars

I'm having the same issue as other people, my order's been stuck on expected for ages and I've emailed them twice with no reply. Hopefully this is sorted out soon.

I made a error on the address and they rectified it quickly great customer service quick delivery and great product will be buying one of everything next time.

Fast Delivery but the battery stopped working properly and the liquid burnt but nika replied and sent me a replacement straight away.

Ordered 3 times already. Flower is very good quality, same with gummies. Vape pen was good but oil was getting out. Maybe is because I kept it too long in my tight pocket. Lucky I had black trousers. Contacted customer service but they didn’t answer. I’ve ordered the different one with swapable cartridges but it came yday 1/3 empty. Waiting for response now.
