NINO Apply 

While I understand that the UK government blocked applications of national insurance numbers from March - January, the way Nino communicated through this was dismal. They literally said nothing up until mid-January 2021 (9 months later), when they sent one email with instructions on how to apply yourself for a NI number. They signed off saying their service was thus completed. Effectively, all they did was send two emails and tell you how to apply for a NI number yourself. Zero value add.

It's a very cunning website offering seemingly professional service which in the end does nothing. I was charged for the NINO application and then it turned out they never actually filed any! Unfortunately, I was unable to call the 0800 number so I needed a regular number, not provided on the government website and I found them... Stay away and deal directly with the government free service.

SCAM!!!!!

I would not even give this place 1 star because of how ridiculous they are!

Applied for NI number back in June and still have not got anything from them.

Have called government myself they said nothing under my name even comes up.

Please please please do not use this service they are a scam!!!

It is a complete waste of money, you can do it for free and you will have the same results. They don't care or do anything to make your NINO come faster or anything else. I did it when I arrived in the UK in august 2020 and they said that due to COVID they were not able to do anything. Last week I got a mail that I just have to call the National Line to get my NINO and they even have the audacity to mail me saying "Please be advised You must take immediate action, this is the final stage of your Nation Insurance Application with us and our service to yourself is now complete." when they have not done absolutely anything for me except taking my money.

Scam company, don’t use. Report to trading standards and charge back from bank they won’t let long that way. SCAM don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews

They just steal your money, and do not actually do anything. I paid them like £60 for nothing, I waited 5 months and then I had to sort it out for myself because they still did not know any news about the applications. After all this they do not even give a refund.

The charge 60£ for wasting months of your time and finally send you the goverment telefon you can call directly for free. Yes! they do not even call themselves!!

Scam! My partner paid for this company to set him up with his NI number 6 months ago and they still haven't been in touch to sort it out. He's requested a refund and they have not given it to him.

To all people who paid for their service but never got reply please call your bank and start a charge back servise. This is the way you will get money from scammers bank . You have right to do so , and eventually their bank account will be closed by their own bank . And they will start paying high fees for a big number of charge backs .
Get a refund through your own bank just google it and check what is a charge back . Also report it to the citizens advise biro and actionfraud police who will start monitor these people closely .

They charge fees for services they cannot deliver on! I’ve emailed and called multiple times to request reimbursement but they never respond!!! Very unprofessional and highly suspicious 🤨

Terrible service, they take your money and they send you information, which you can easily get from gov webpage. They don't reply to emails. DO NOT USE THEM. I don't understand how on earth they can still keep their webpage active. It is clearly a FRAUD

This company is fraud. They will take your money and will ignore you completely. I don't understand why in earth they are still advertising their website they are available. So many people had the same issue. I wish I looked the reviews before I paid them. They company should closed immediate effect. I don't believe it they have 3.5 rating??? Absolutely disgusting how they steal innocent people. I work hard they money they took so quickly once I gave them my account number. I’ve called so many times but line cut off

Beware !!! This company is a hoax!!. They just steal your money.

All job centers are closed since March last year and the government cannot take appointments from anyone not even Nino Apply can make an appointment for you. I was warned about this company by one of the government officials.

Deserve to be rated - 5⬇️we have been waiting since july paid £45 for per person still didn’t hear anything.Scammers.. I ll contact through gov web site which I thought they were genuine.

Worst service. After 3 months they only send me a number to call which was available on gov.uk website. I called the number and came to know i was beginning my NIN application myself and ninoapply have done nothing besides sending me the number which i already knew. Very pathetic service for the fee they charge.

Nusty scam because it hits people who needs assistance in order to be fully eligible to work in the UK
