You will pay for NO service

We used this company to apply for NIN of my husband. They took the money but gave us NO service at all. After two months that we were calling them every single day in order to have at least some updates about our practice, they answered with an email telling us to contact directly DWP and that their work with us was finished because now we have to proceed by ourselves. We tried to clear for what they took the money if they didn’t help us with anything and we asked a refund. Their answer:

“We can accept your cancellation of services request; however, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible for a refund as we begun processing or processed & completed an online service to you which we charge a fee for.”

We have NO idea what kind of online service they have completed because at the end we had to do everything by ourselves!!!

But the best is their REFUND POLICY:
“ If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at clauses 1.1(a) to 1.1(e) below the contract will end immediately and we WILL NOT REFUND you in full for any products which have not been provided. The reasons are:
.........
(e) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.”

Conclusion: Even if they will do something wrong, they WILL NOT REFUND their customers.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUCH A BAD COMPANY THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHICH CONTINUES TO STEAL MONEY FOR GIVING NO SERVICE.

I mean if there was a zero star I would…

I mean if there was a zero star I would have given that. They just don't answer calls or messages and they won't refund the 60 pounds. I'm like seriously how is the consultancy seriously even existing?

Please don't do it with anyone it's their hard earned money we are putting to get the National Insurance number.

It’s a scam, stay away

They charged me £84 for service that they didn’t deliver. For a service that is free from gov.uk. I have called numerous times and emailed and didn’t get anywhere. And if you read their refund policy, in simple words it says that in any case whatever the issue is, you don’t get your money back. This is twisted.Call your bank and start a charge back service. This way you might get your money back and eventually their account will be closed from their bank.

Hard core cheaters

Hard core cheaters. They have taken my money over 5 months ago and have done absolutely nothing. After 5 months they came back asking me to apply through the government website after not doing anything from their side. They bluntly refuse to return the money after doing nothing. This is daylight robbery and it appears they are still cheating people by taking in money through their website. I have initiated legal action and I advise everyone to do that so that no innocent people can get cheated further.

Very horrible experience

Very horrible experience. I don't know why such a company is still allowed to stay in the system and continue to cheat people. You don't work before you get paid so you wouldn't know what it takes to get £60. Your cup will definitely be full one day. I leave you in the hands of God.

Bad people

Bad people. There is no need to use a service like this anyway, but in September they took the money from a woman we employed in October (I have their email dated 1st October in which they promise to deal with her NI number in a week or so), and nino didn't actually submit to HMRC until 11th November. This meant that she was not registered with HMRC on 30th October, and therefore ineligible for furlough payments!!!
