Would love to give 0 stars
Would love to give 0 stars. Absolute SCAM. Fake company. Never responded to emails. I am appalled.
Clear breach of contract - would avoid.
While it would seem that based on my poor experience and the countless other poor experiences where basic services were not only not provided but seemingly in many cases never even initiated, this company is in obvious breach of very basic contract.
Wether this is fraudulent activity remains to be seen but while a review may hopefully deter other consumers a class action would in my opinion be far more tangible. Based on the seemingly significant amount of dissatisfied consumers who did not receive the services they paid for, a class action would be of marginal cost and will likely be far more effective than reporting the company to a govt agency.
This company are not to be trusted
This company are not to be trusted. They take your money upfront then don’t supply the service they promise. Then refuse to refund. When I spoke to the DWP the officer told me they are charging you for nothing, it’s free to do online by yourself, This is the most unscrupulous firm I have had the displeasure to deal with taking advantage of people that either don’t speak English very well or don’t understand the system they are disgusting.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I paid £60 for my partner’s national insurance number and one year later - nothing. Finally after calling various numbers DWP informed me this was unfortunately a scam. Not sure how they are still operating but AVOID at all costs! A national insurance number is free not £60!
Scam
Scam. They take advantage of the insecurities of inmigrants just to charge them £35.
We paid the money and after a year waiting and claiming, they send us an emial to contact the government free service.
Please, do not use this company, just simply go to the government service which is FREE, they can also help you

SCAM ALERT !!
If I had the chance I wouldn’t even give 1 star !! The worst company ever, I paid £60 got nothing in back, asked for my money and they said they can cancel my application but I can’t get my money back. I told them I did get my pre-settlement but they told me again to apply for it ?? I’ve been emailing them like crazy but no answer!! I applied in October and it’s been nearly 8 months now that I don’t still have my NIN, this company is an obvious scam, never ever pay them for any of their services!!

Different statements by different customer agents everytime contacting them and no response to emails . Think Twice
I agree with all those reviews
I agree with all those reviews. This is the worst company anybody could be involved with. They took £108 pounds as a priority fee, for a 2 hours application process and when it wasnt done I cancelled the application process. From their side they would neither cancel the application nor return the money. Its been 7 months now and not an inch of work has been done.
SCAMMERS, LIARS, CHEATERS, AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!
