Scam. They just tell you to call the proper Government Office. Europeans can't apply at the moment for National Insurance during Covid. They suggest open for business but they can't get one either. No... See more

Ninoapply is a scam

Ninoapply is a scam. Will anyone join with me in contacting Radio4’s consumer programme You and Yours about their shameless stealing of people’s money?

Feeling frustrated with NINOApply.

Feeling frustrated with NINOApply.
Tried to cancel and get a refund after less than 14 days, because the necessary NIC paperwork came directly through student finance so it wasn't necessary to book an interview at the job centre. Information that I would have thought the sales team might have known...All the job centres were closed at the beginning of September so therefore surly I am entitled to a refund as no process has taken place? I'm wondering what £84 buys me? It's taken since the 11th September till now (28th Oct) to try and get some answers, I am not giving up. I'm interested to know if anyone has called Rip Off Britain yet or sort legal advice? Very disappointed.

Do not use Ninoapply

This company was appointed to facilitate a Fast Track NIS number, which along with add-ons total £108.
They took full payment with the order, but would not reply to emails or answer their phone when I tried to contact them afterwards .
Several days later I contacted GOV.UK myself to see if application forms had been sent to me- and when they confirmed they had not, I organised them myself with the gentleman I spoke to. Ninoapply were advised immediately that their services were no longer required, and that they had failed in their contract to provide me with a “Fast Track Service”.
In summary they sent me a refund form to complete and then declined to refund any money stating I cannot “change my mind” under their contract conditions if they have started the process. When they had received my payment they had sent a return email clearly stating “they have started the process..”.
This was a genuine attempt to obtain an NIS number more quickly than I believed I could by applying directly to the website myself. I was misguided and should have gone directly to the GOV.UK website .
My advice ...do not use this company under any circumstances .
The one star represents their excellent website and speed at which they receipted my payment .

They deserve no stars

They deserve no stars!
Applied while in lockdown, nothing yet, Government won’t even consider resuming the interviews unless there are benefits involved. Asked for a refund as the service is not complete and won’t happen anytime soon, but was refused, even if there’s a clause stating about the risk of supplying the product due to delays outside their control.
I have lost my money and in vain!

Biggest scammers I have ever come…

Biggest scammers I have ever come across. It had been a month since I paid to get ni number for my friend who is a European citizen. These scammers since then have not even written a single mail on the progress and they refuse to take your calls. Will keep you on hold until you get tired and hang up. However they are quick to take calls if you are a fresh applicant. They promise to get you NI number in 24 hours but they take ages to get back. We are planning a legal action against these scammers. Somebody needs to teach them a lesson. Losers.

Scam

Scam. Simple as that. I paid for an application and was told that it would be done in early September. I was patient and waited until mid October. When I asked for a refund they cancelled my order and asked me to then explain why I needed a refund, which they subsequently refused. So now I don’t have an application or the money I paid. They were very quick to cancel the application and keep the money though. I’m sure they offer some surfaces, but this is a robbery.

Scam, tried to order a NIN from them and paid £72 and sent off my personal information, unfortunately it took my a month to realise when I still hadn’t received it, do not use this website, ring the official government number for NIN as they do not charge and it’s legit

I sadly realised as my money was taken…

I sadly realised as my money was taken that it was not a government affiliated site. I contacted my bank immediately and emailed NINO straight away to cancel the request. I have been refunded half but half still outstanding. I have sent over 20 emails and the last 7 were ignored. Got a deliberately confusing reply regarding admin charges. There were NO admin charges. I cancelled immediately. I emailed a formal request into admin charges/dates of charges/reasons for charges. Nothing. I am reporting this scam to Action Fraud, my bank and anyone that can help stop these scammers! Of course no telephone number unless they are taking your money. GEMMA, AFIYAH, NICOLE.....DO YOUR JOBS!.

The worst company

The worst company, took money from me to apply for NI number and after 4 days I changed my mind as to not to use their services and now it has been nearly 4 months, they keep making excuses for refunding my money. When clearly it says in their terms and conditions that I had 14 days to change my mind. Then they agreed to a refund and again changed their mind. I am now seeking legal advice and have reported them to trading standards. Please don't be fooled by this company, you can go direct with HMRC. it was lockdown so they could not even start the process until the offices were open so they are conning people and don't want to return money.

FRAUD, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

So this is unbelievable, I am going to report this case to Action Fraud that's for sure, I was googling for a Government phone number for NIN applications, but the first number that Google advised me to call was NINO Apply company, a little did I know that was a company who is charging for NIN applications, and as the English language isn't my first language, I misunderstood the lady on the phone when she was talking to me about 60GPB of charges for NIN, I was thinking due to the pandemic situation and higher intensity of new England citizens, that Government is starting to charge for NIN Apply, I paid 60GPB straight away, but as soon as we ended the phone call, I tried to google and found out that this was a mistake, in a period of an hour, I apply for canceling their services, It took them several emails to accept my request for a refund, and since 15th of September when I spoke to them over the phone and sent them my first email, on the 17th of September they sent me some kind of a form to fill up about why am I canceling their services, I did that right away, and since 17th of Septemeber they havent answer any of my 5 emails regarding my refond, on this date 10th of October I still havent heard from them, this is real fraud case.

Started with Sleazy up Sales technique and Ended up with Scam

At first It was a trap full of upselling in sleazy sales man way
pay extra 24 pound for extra speed service which is 6 working hours faster, I was thinking 6 hours faster I am not in that rush. and National card for extra 24 pound as it tuned the government does not issue that anymore. I mean do Ninoapply.com print it themselves.

well I paid just 60 pound for the simple Nino number to get an interview confirmation as promised within 24 hours just to get an email from Ninoapply.com saying due to covid-19 the government does not take any application.
I am like what, why did you take my money and accept my order if they are closed.

and sure enough. it ended with a scam, No Nino, No Refund.

Thank you reviewers

Am most grateful to all reviewers for saving me. I wanted to apply for NI through NINO Apply. But decided to check on customer reviews before applying. And it shows that they are not a trustworthy company to spend your hard earned cash on but rather scammers!!!!

Worst customer service

worst customer service ever
NINO apply they are more concern about getting a New customer like getting your money and not follow through

when you call their phone number,
As a new customer, they tell you to press one, and then you will get hold of their sales team.
As an existing customer, they tell you to press two, and then you get a recorded message saying email us. and when I emailed them the answer in days.

even though in their website they should be a fast service to get my NINO it has been three weeks I have not got any answers, so irritating.
