Easy peasy and effective

Easy to use. IPL is actually for photo rejuvenation, and I have been going in office for years. Finding that this is very comparable!

Show six products but only deliver one

They show six products for a price that is about what six would cost. Only one arrived. I bought got2b gel which is about $11 on Amazon. Nineth Avenue advertises 6 for about $60. Only one arrived and on the customs form under value it says $10.86.
Complete and absolute fraud. Avoid this company like the plague. Use Amazon, Shoppers, etc.

They are a glorified third party reseller. Nothing but scammers.

This fraudulent company works under the guise of a very neat looking website, looks clean and inviting to the eye. That is, until, you screenshot their products (I.e., the Conair mask brush) which on their end retails “on sale” for some odd 80$, when in reality, you can go to the Conair website and that EXACT SAME BRUSH is on sale for 10$, the regular retail value being 20$. I reverse image searched a handful of “their” product, only to see (again, another example being an electric callous remover.. their markup is at a WHOPPING “on sale” 657$ CAD, the “normal” price is 1,096. No, I am not exaggerating. Reverse image lead me to THE SAME CALLOUS REMOVER on Amazon for 50$ CAD.) that they bulk buy from dropshippers and mark up the price COMPLETELY unjustifiable. People, please, do your research prior to buying anything from such a sketchy and lowly “business”. Elderly, more naïve people that don’t think twice will think “oh, what a deal!” When in reality.. they are getting scammed beyond the heavens. Please spare yourselves the headaches. The reviews on here have clearly shown their true intentions.

SCAM

SCAM. They advertise bundles of products that are not in stock and compensate by sending the cheap products of the bundle.

I ordered a product consisting of one big bottle of Dr Groot Hair-Thickening Shampoo and one big bottle of Miracle-in-Shower which came as a bundle paired with their Travel Size. (Same product, only difference is it comes in a 50 ml bottle instead of 385ml)

After initially receiving the package nearly 1 month/half later, I was left with the discovery that the big bottles were never shipped and I only got the travel package. -

I sent an extensive email, explaining the situation which was sent to a 3rd party customer service company, not even NinthAvenue themselves, to which eventually a representative of NinthAvenue responded by sending me the missing parts of my package. (FYI, I asked for a return/refund in that email and they completely dodged the question. On top of that, you can't simply return their shit without contacting them first, so they really have you by the balls when it comes to returns/refunds. And let's not forget this order was 167 CAD$, wayyyyy overpriced but that was a mistake on my part.

2-3 weeks later I finally got the package, and I got the same god damn travel kit that they sent me when I first ordered the bundle. *No Big Bottles

If short, don't buy from here, it's filled with fake reviews and I'm sure you can avoid my mistakes by buying from somewhere else.
