I think this company is a scam

I think this company is a scam. Order last year, never got my package. Received an email to check how satisfied with the product I “received” haha. When I call to costumer service, someone tells me my package is in transit. When I ask why is taking so long, she disconnected. What a joke and lack of respect with people.

So disappointed

So disappointed in this company. I placed my order Nov 27th, 2024 and have received no products no updates. When I called the company no answer. I received a call back from a female who asked "why I had called that number" when I said it was regarding my order she hung up" and still nothing. I have been calling consistently since Jan 8th and only a vm. You can't be so busy that you can't return phone calls. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'm out $120 because of my lack of research about this company. This was supposed to be a gift for someone which is now useless after xmas.

Perhaps you're a small business that can't handle the business. I get it. Please refund me my money. This is the only confirmation I received Hi xxxxx, thanks for your order CA-NA#P9866xxx of CAD 117.95 from NinthAvenue! We are getting your order ready and will notify you when it has shipped.

Do not order from this company!!

Do not order from this company!!! I have been waiting for a parcel since December 9th/2024 and still no idea where it is. Tracking does not show anything. It looks like a scam!!! I have asked for a refund, I have yet to see it. Website shows Canadian company and that is why I ordered from them. Item says it is shipping from New Jersey USA. I wish I had looked at reviews first as this company has had this happen to others. Extremely upset!!

I would rate NO STARS period for this company!
Awful experience, never received my package and was charged for it!

Wrote many times to customer service and never had any reply. I’m very upset, do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Upd: I didn't receive my order…

4 stars!
Good company, has everything I needed, but I had issue with delivery of my package, tried to connect with customer service, sent emails twice, but they didn't respond to me. Only after writing review they answered.
I would recommend company to work better with customer service.
My recommendation to buyers: do not choose delivery from DHL. Delivery company lost half of my address Everything else is good

Great products, great communication

I really liked the effort put into communication. My order was going to be arriving later than they originally estimated but they let me know about that which I really appreciated. When the order did come I was pleased with the products as well, so overall a good experience despite some setbacks!

AVOID THIS SCAM ENTERPRISE! They didn’t even have the product, took payment and then tried to find it. Your personal information is not safe as phishing emails soon arrive with your contact information.

Ordered Banana Boat sun tan…

Ordered Banana Boat sun tan spray...picture shows 6 bottles but if you scroll down further it says for 1 bottle it costs $78 on the .com site and on .ca site shows 2 bottle for $150.
Omg you can buy in the states at Walmart for $10.
This company needs to ve shut down or reported to Better Business how the ripe people off. IM ONE OF THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is scrupulous. They are over charging for items that can be purchased for a quarter of the price on Amazon. We thought we were purchasing from a reputable company but they are fraudulent. The items they send do not match up with the images or the description of the product they are selling.

In reply to your message. My order number is CA-NA#P987138663. I purchased a weekend + makeup bag for $415. Only the weekend bag showed up (incomplete) it didn't include the long strap as described and shown in the pictures. I had to pay $75 to return the item (still awaiting refund) and found the exact same bag on amazon for $149.

I wish I could give them no stars. Worst worst website ever there website Is compromised. They try to scam you buy sending you fake emails with your order number.and try to take your bank details. I had to go through a lot because of them ..I have done lots of online shopping worst worst experience ever.if you want your personal details to be leaked shop from this website. Otherwise please please be safe

Fraud!!!!!

The very expensive cream I ordered was described as 90 gramm, but arrived 15g! So, they sent me a sample for the price of the cream!!! The customer service explained it as a description of the full package! Although, in the description of the cream does not say/show that it’s 15g, but based on the price customer thinks it’s 90g!
The package arrived smashed!!! And they offering me 20% discount on it!!! They treat people as stupid! The item took a month to be delivered with extra charge!
Its clearly fraud!!!!!

I sent many emails, but no replies or bots. I guess here it’s bot as well.

Was looking for a particular barsoap…

Was looking for a particular barsoap online..found it on the Canadian Ninth Avenue’s site..yes it was expensive..but none was available anywhere..(even the soap brand’s website..) created a profile..paid..and waited..and waited….and waited…to the point i thought i had been scamed..it took a few weeks then one day got confirmation my order was being processed..then got a tracking number..followed it to my PO box…sure enough..got my products..as per advertised..and i’m a happy camper..
