They never sent my order

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, when I try to track the order it comes up as page no longer exists. If I don’t receive the order in the next few days I will file a class action fraud complaint.

They had a specific product on their website. No indication it was out of stock or unavailable. Ordered Dec5. By January, still had not received and no communication from Ninth Avenue. Finally messaged support and they informed us the product was unavailable. Claimed they would take the listing down. Firstly, why did they fail to inform us they could not fulfill the order? Were they hoping to just keep our money and we wouldn't notice? Secondly, a week later and the product is still on their site. I guess they hope to scam someone else that will NOT realize they never receive what they paid for. Awful customer service (or lack thereof). Will not be ordering from them ever again.

I’m not use to ordering things online. But a daily contact would be nice. Even to say “package still in processing”

I am not an online shopper so was weary about ordering cuticle trimmers at quite an extravagant price on a site I had not heard of. I completed my research, read reviews and selected the one made by Premax in Italy .. which I have received and am extremely happy with! I did, however find shipment updates by/with Globegistics a bit difficult to follow (ie. mapping route). Overall, a pleasant experience.

I would purchase from this company again. Delivery was not super fast but they were worth the wait. Excellent quality of hair. I purchased two sets incase they were too thin, but I did not need two sets as the hair was nice and full and lovely! Thank you Ninthavenue for the high quality product and reasonable pricing!
