I had a fantastic experience and products are delicious.

Quick delivery & swish packaging (great for bringing over to a mate for sharing - without lugging a big bottle around).
Lovely, unusual concoctions, which are rather potent, whilst not being sickly (like some of these individually packaged cocktails).
Can’t wait for the Advent Calendar!!

The delivery element was awful. We love your cocktails but Evri delivering puts us off. They failed to deliver on the day expected, despite us being in all day. They did deliver next day ..to a neighbour. It’s just not the level of service you should be happy with.

I ordered some cocktails and glasses for a friend, then emailed NIO as I had put the wrong address in my order, and I also requested a gift note for my friend. The staff replied very quickly to fulfill my request and my friend was very happy with her gift. I'm very pleased!

Half way through our delivery. It's our 3rd or 4th order. Wonderful. No complaints.

Excellent products, always highly drinkable and always delivered quickly. And on the rare occasion that there is an issue with the delivery, it is always sorted out rapidly.

Cocktails are always delicious and a good selection.

This time I ordered a bundle for a gift including ball ice maker and 2 tumblers.
Disappointed with how the glasses came. Thought it would be better presented rather than just in a cardboard box meant for 6 glasses.
I’ll repackage to make it present able as a gift but I would have hoped the packaging would have been more appropriate for the number of glasses advertised in the bundle.

I appreciated the range of products to choose from.
However I failed to spot where I added a gift message. This really was not very obvious. However, on contacting Customer Service by email they responded straight away and added my gift message. I was also slightly concerned at EVRI being their courier, but again Customer Service were helpful and reassuring, and in fact I need not have worried and my order was delivered safely and correctly. Would definitely use NIO again.

I would give no stars if this was an option.
Terrible customer service and useless internal operations, will never use again.
I ordered a gift on Fri evening to be delivered by express delivery on Mon for a friend who was starting a new job to wish her luck. I inputted her address details but somehow during the order process this defaulted to my home address. I realised the error as soon as the order was placed and contacted customer service. I received 2 messages via the NIO AI customer service to confirm that the address change would be actioned.
The delivery address was not changed and I received the order instead and was informed that NIO would arrange collection of the gift and deliver it to my friend. The parcel was collected on Weds and I was refunded the cost of the order (I assumed as an apology for the error).
I heard nothing more and on Fri followed up to ask when the item would be delivered to my friend only to be told that the order has been cancelled and they told me to order again. NO WAY WILL I EVER ORDER FROM NIO AGAIN and strongly recommend that you don't either

Great customer service

Very quick responses to emails and amazingly fast delivery. Only negatives were that immediately after ordering I asked for a note to be included which they assured me would be done however this was not the case. I did receive an email apologising for this. The other issue was whilst ordering I needed to spend another £1 for free delivery, I tried to order the gift wrap but this was only available for boxes of 9 and showing as 'sold out' for boxes of 6.
I did proceed to checkout willing to pay the delivery charge and was then given a discount which covered it which was a bonus.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company in the future.

I buy these as a treat for my daughter - she loves them - I also pop them in with birthday cards for friends, everyone who has had them seems to approve! And delivery is excellent.

I've really enjoyed receiving these cocktails as a gift but I've twice placed an order now as gifts for friends (this time for the Celebration Box and Bestseller Box) and due to plain white packaging and no exterior labelling, I've no idea which is which, unless I open them up. There's not even any discreet product code to check against. Not a problem if I was buying for myself, but as gifts - utterly unhelpful!!
What a shame.
