Always plenty on the shelves at my local stores - Maelfa Lewis court llanederyn Cardiff and Wilson road Ely Cardiff. Run by mr Khan… staff are friendly. Watched me grow up from a young age so we all know each other. Always good quality products. Fresh and prices are a bit steep now but as expected with the cost of living rising and supplier costs etc.

Need more lucozade orange though, it always runs out of the big bottles lol.

Worst experience ever. I live in France and came over to visit my partner. I received change at counter which had some old coins. I asked whether these would work as I am not very familiar with UK currency. This guy started shouting at me. He went to the extent of calling me abusive words. Worst experience ever in my life. This was Coventry 23-25 The Butts, a man wearing a cap whilst at counter. Morning 7.40am

our local coop changed to Nisa last November they sell coop products but we cannot use coop loyalty card. last week bought large yogurt marked £1.25 checked if price was correct with assistant correct at check out came up as £1.75. later in week bought cake product marked on shelf £1.30 at check out charged £1.45 this store does not sell bacon, sausage, burgers no alcohol, no lottery very little in meat products these are basic foods sold in a convenience store. this store is vertualy empty of customers at any time of the day. this overcharging seems common place country wide after reading other reviews I think trading standards ought to be notified

Hi I visited a nisa this morning bought chicken tika masala and sausage and mash and two boxes of coffee I checked later and found been over charged by 88 pence the meals were 2 for a fiver and coffee was the kenco sachets at £1 a box so why 88pence over did not give receipt but got it on my banking if they do this on other customers they making a good profit especially having to watch prices now disappointed customer

I visited my local Nisa store in Winchcombe in Gloucestershire. Some of the workers need a course in customer service! The shopkeeper stood there with arms crossed, not a word was said, not even a ‘thank you’.
I’m quite appalled with the level of customer service and will not be going in there again due to this. Disgraceful behaviour!!! A one star is far too generous for this experience!

Just read trustpilot reviews I'm so annoyed it seems this company are taking us all for fools. The same generic response is made when people make an observation. Is it automated or can we speak to an official working for this s!#t show ???

Our local nisa, by the l&d hospital in Luton is great. The family are helpful and friendly always. And they have everything you need pretty much. Greeting cards are brilliant. Who needs card fair 😅

They have the worst service ever!! My brother was monitored in the store like he was a thief, IN 2021!!?? Our safety was compromised!

Nisa Hitchin, Herts Overcharge for items EVERY time I went there. They apologise and correct it but only if you notice. Multipack items they charge as separate too. Complete thieves do not trust any of their stores.

Don’t bother with their stores or head office. Head office ring off and are so rude. They don’t care and pass the buck. None of their stores are owned by them and if you’ve got a complaint then your stuffed.
It’s left me no choice but to put it in the hands of the local council and trading standards as the complaint is a very serious matter!!

I went to collect a parcel from yodel. The sales assistant looked for my parcel and said it wasn’t there. When I had confirmation it was. I reported to yodel who investigated it. It was there and I went back the next day. A male sales assistant looked and found it. The female assistant was rude and unhelpful and caused me stress phoning and reporting and travelling there twice. When she could have looked that little bit longer for my parcel. I shall never use this store for click and collect or use this store in general. It was only the that particular member of staff that has put me off going back into that store !!!!

Absolutely rude staff, overpricing, tills not reset for offers. don't know how they keep customers. well yes I do they have shops in areas that customers are locked into buyiny from e.g. estates with little transport services/ elderley customers etc. This company should be looked into by Watchdog, citizens advice etc. Wouldn't survive on the high street (whats left of it

This morning I ordered from nisa on parr Lane and bought 2x 1.5 ltr bottle of coke which came to £5.20 but when bottle come both said £1.95 on the label but also bought 500ml of Fanta and was charged £2.25 but when came said they was £1.09. Contact Deliveroo and said theres is nothing they can do. Will not be ordering if they are gunna be overcharging for stuff

Manager seems ok, but local male and female staff are rude, obnoxious and have no customer skills. Recently went to collect Hermes pakage, but due to other circumstance some code was missing. The woman's attitude whilst explaing things was appalling. The fault was caused elsewhere, but she just dived in and gave me a gobful of her venom.
NEVER AGAIN !
