The one on Lower Addiscombe Road in…

The one on Lower Addiscombe Road in Croydon is terrible for leaving out of date food on the shelf to rot. The staff definitely could do with customer service training as the tall guy in there never says a word and tries to scam you out of shopping.

The NISA garage in Beddau south wales is shockingly bad, staffed by robots. This seems to be due to appalling management with a culture of bullying. 3 members of staff REFUSED references after they had to hand in notice due to impact on mental health.

Poor customer experience

NISA supermarket in Wrensfield Road is awful poor experience as a customer there no longer shop there anymore as it is too expensive anyway and staff keep making mistakes. That aside their security is extremely laxed or non-existent staff are getting robbed frequently, and they do not secure their back fence properly. As the result drug addicts and other people steal food and hide it in our area and close to our houses, bringing rats in the process. Poor management and poor customer service. Never again I will shop there. No one seems to care about the local residents and keep the area clean.

DISGUSTING ABUSE AND THREAT FROM EASTBOURNE NISA EMPLOYEE/MANAGER

I have not managed to chase this up because of my circumstances and in the process of taking legal action which is ongoing. I have lost blood due to the stress. This trip to collect parcels ended up in me being assaulted and bruised over a civil matter but I do not have the energy to take more legal action. This also involves Eastbourne Police and council corruption which has been going on for years.

I never used to have a problem with Nisa on the very rare occasion I went into this store. There is a grey haired man who works on the till and I am not sure if he is a Manager. He was always a bit grumpy but I never had a problem. I had collected parcels in the past with nor problem. On Thursday 21st November last year I had a few orders from Ebay to be delivered there. It was just before closing time which was 11pm but I made it on time. I gave the Ebay collection codes to this grey haired man. (I thoroughly checked them several times to make sure they were correct as I do with everything.) The man knew me by face and had a parcel to hand which I could see with my name on it and was going to give me the parcel. He said that the codes I gave were incorrect and I said they shouldn't be because I checked they were correct and he said that they had a problem with Ebay their end. He then started to argue with me when I said that I had collected from them before and not had a problem and I walked a long way. He said it was closing time and I said that I came in before closing time. He had decided to give me the parcel with my name on it and when I said thank you and that he didn't have to be rude he then decided not to give me the parcel! I cannot remember if this was before or after he aggressively called me (sic) 'crazy woman' before then calling me 'madam' (as if that makes sense! verbal abuse before basic Customer Service PR skills.) What then happened was so abusive and horrific because he threatened physical assault to put me outside so I left a message for the local MP Caseworker Euan Morrison who has been illegally and wilfully negligent with a legal case of mine separate to this. This demented man then said he would call the Police. I said that their CCTV should pick up the threat of assault from this grey haired man who then started filming me with him phone as I said this and waited calmly for Police. I need to take legal action against the Police as well as it is (as do most of us in the UK under the current climate) and one of the two male Police perverts who had only recently sexually assaulted and exposed me 5 days after I reported common assault by a resident in a council HMO turned up which made this even more traumatic. (I need to take action against them and I have their names/badge numbers.) I decided to be brave and stand up and stay as calm as possible. This PC Howard May EB 334 and PC Mark Vitler, whom I had once praised to 101 9 years ago for helping me turned up and what ensued next was shocking. I calmly asked them to check for themselves that this man had my parcel with my name on it and that he was refusing to give it to me. They kept going on about me having the 'wrong codes.' I said they were not wrong but the Police refused to even look at the parcel with my name and they know me too well as they have my details and I have yet to make the biggest claim against Eastbourne Police. They said that if I did not leave they would have to force me out to prevent a breach of the peace. They ended up dragging me out and the vile grey haired man told me I was banned! I had never had a problem before with that place so this disease is very contagious especially in Eastbourne. I was then handcuffed by the perverts whilst being told I was being given a lift!!! YES!!! SINCE WHEN DID SOMEONE HANDCUFF YOU SAYING THEY WERE GIVING YOU A LIFT SOMEWHERE AND THEY HAD JUST SAID THAT AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD TAKE ME INTO A POLICE CELL!!! MORE TRAUMA!! I REFUSED TO TELL THE POLICE WHERE I RESIDED AS IT WAS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS SO THEY FINALLY DROPPED ME OFF AFTER SAYING I HAD TO TELL THEM WHERE. Needless to say, I walked away bruised, traumatised and what should have been a trip to collect parcels ended up with me battered, assaulted, traumatised, kidnapped by someone who had already sexually assaulted me and now I found myself having to report this grey haired Manager for threats of assault, verbal abuse and theft of property as one of the things he also said he would do is to send my parcels back to Ebay!!! Welcome to the UK in 2025.

Did I get my parcels? Well, I VERY BRAVELY returned and younger men were there when there were other customers when I felt safer! I had printed out the barcodes in the library but the old man who could have told me to do simple task like that, decided to be a thug instead. It was like asking a child not to be rude and he had thrown his toys out of the pram!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT TOLERATE THIS. I made a complaint to Revolver but they are useless.

Be careful with any Nisa in London

Be careful with any Nisa in London, I've been in two and both sell deli food after expiry dates, often left on the shelf next day even after I pointed it out... Don't trust them always look for best by date or use by date on every packaging

Must say I really like this Nisa…

Must say I really like this Nisa convenient shop. For many reasons, mainly for the nice welcoming and polite treatment. You are served promptly and the stock is always very unique and attractive. Every time I am in the area I enjoy popping in and purchase one or two of their home made samosas. Just so delicious 😋!

Nisa in coventry cv2

Nisa in coventry cv2. What a joke. Had a parcel delivered there which was re directed from my home address as I was not in ( not the first time I had done this ) only to be told I have to wait till 27th as the post office is closed. It's nothing to do with the post office. They don't have to scan it. They make u wait to be served even when it's empty. Clearly employ staff who are just shelf stickers.
