Nysa local in Hatton

Nysa local in Hatton, more than an hour before the store closes, employees set baskets so as not to enter the left part of the store. You have to walk around the store to buy bread.

Nisa local Cuffley

Nisa local Cuffley, prices are ridiculous but if you are misfortune enough to shop here, don’t plan to go there at opening. Opening hours state from 7, on 3 separate occasions they don’t open on time.

As happy as cancer(Calder drive Sutton Coldfield)

After a number of visits to the nisa(Calder drive) I've come to the conclusion that all the people who work there apart from the owners wife have had every ounce of happy taken out of their lives, leaving a wizened walnut that was a soul, they are rude and disrespectful and without manners and drop your change from as high as possible! I'm not expecting them to do cartwheels, dress as clowns and put on a show but please and thank you is really easy (try it's really quite easy) in a world where reviews and ratings are read by everyone the way you come across speaks volumes and people talk and word of mouth spreads fast! I had my family doctor search a place where the sun don't shine for cancer and it was more cheerful than a visit to this store!

All the best and smile now and then

Why do Nisa Locals have a magazine with special offer? I went in Brecknock Road Nisa Local and they had a sign for coop prosecco discounted until the 29th of March 2023. It rang up as £9.99 so I pointed it out. They removed the sign and now insist the offer ended. It's dishonest. A rip off not to pass on the special offers to customers. I will not be shopping there again. Rip off.

Very expensive

Went to local nisa in sale it recently changed from the coop. It’s so expensive it’s ridiculous. Obviously priced too high it used to be a busy store on a Saturday night and now it is literally Empty of customers. I am sure it can not stay open when it is so quiet

I ordered a"magic bag" from NISA Hale End Road E4, through the Too Good to Go website, paid £4.00 and collected this evening. Havinleg waired for an age to be served. On inspection at hom I found that the "food" had mould spots on and not edible. I returned the whole bag to a very poor reception by the staff..I will never return to this NISA store again as I value my health.

I only gave nisa one star so I could leave a review. Why are the products so bad
My local nisa in Broomfield Rd is so bad, a lot of products are out of date. Plus the way the shop is set up is so bad. Most of the staff are great, but there is one that is really nasty. It is the worst shop I've ever been in. If you want to shop there please check the sell by date on the products.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother ordering anything from them online, they can never be bothered to actually find the things you order. This has happened 6 times now on top of that they have previously replaced sugar free product with sugar products, I’m diabetic so not useful at all. My friend lives down the road and has been there after I have ordered something and the products they have said are out of stock aren’t!

Usually I have a nice experience in Nisa but today the owner was very rude and walked away, just because I asked for help and his communication was non existent. The staff are always so helpful and supportive. Never too much. But even when I was in the queue, next to be served, more interested in people around me. Working in retail, I know all customers are important. Acknowledging the next customer and start the transaction.
I question the customer service ir lack of it. He walked away saying he owned the shop and won’t be spoken to like that. I praised how welcoming his team was in the past. Then a lady, I believe his wife. Slightly off with me. But when I explained how the other staff was always supportive. She then treated me with respect and acknowledging my issue. At the end I made sure she knew I was happy with my service.

I just bought some shopping at Nisa , on Stockbridge Village I picked up a litre of milk an when I got home found out it was dated 03/10.

Extortionate prices

I bought a pack of 2 chicken breasts from Nisa local Watford the Brow. They were Coop ones. I was horrified to find the same ones in Coop were £3.00. I paid £4.20 for the same ones at Nisa Local. I will never shop there again

I will rate this store 3 stars for…

I will rate this store 3 stars for lovely staff and service . But it’s massively over priced on everything. They have many goods with the price on the item ,which means it’s the high end price . Will not be going there anymore . I’ve just been to a Heron shop and everything is a third or half the price of Nisa .
