Selling outta day milk folks
Sunday.
My local store selling reduced items ok I suppose but here’s the worse thing,
Spent a few ££,s and will not no more.
Food ok but was scammed and here’s something that Nisa should know and you guys.
I have found this appalling why.
Got a bottle of milk now everyone likes milk that’s me well was til I got it home.
One day out of date,
Opened lid gone right off.
Why should shops get away with it.
I didn’t take it back otherwise it would have been thrown on the counter.
Selling next to or outta date milk is wrong & will be asking questions
NISA-New Eltham SE9
NISA-New Eltham SE9. Avoid at all costs. Since new Management took over, some freezers turned off overnight, customer service & attitude stink. Cigarette prices massively hiked. They sell coop food like some other shops. There is a coop a couple of shops away, I will use that from now on.
Sherards Hatch, Harlow
Anyone visiting Sherards Hatch, Harlow should be aware that the store does not implement the Sale of Goods Act. Specifically, policy is: "No refunds if an item leaves the store". I returned two coffees bought from their Smokin' Bean concession because they were undrinkable. It isn't clear why, perhaps fake beans or a dirty machine. I clarified that they were happier to lose my future custom, which had been around £220 per month, than give me a refund, and they confirmed that they were. Pursuing a chargeback now. Avoid.

Not wearing uniform, looked scruffy, poor personal hygiene

Unbelievable 4.2 is a joke !
Unbelievable 4.2 is a joke !! All Nisa staff are kind caring and very very hardworking people.nothing is too much trouble they help with everything. They certainly deserve a better score than 4.2 .my rating 555555 ,every time and I shop there most days . I’m shocked by the score they’ve been given for a while now .
High Wycombe deserves better
+ Excellent location in Daws Hill.
+ Clean, well-lit building.
+ Staff seem friendly enough.
- Ridiculously over-priced for known brands.
- Lots of (high margin) stuff nobody wants (like a whole aisle of overpriced unbranded bagged nuts).
- Doesn't have what the local community really needs: (i.e. newspapers, Post Office, Amazon Lockers, Evri drop-off, etc.)
Just feels like the owners are out of touch with the local community and are trying to make a quick return. I suspect it would be way more successful if it were a Coop (better range, better prices, more trusted brand in tune with community needs, etc.)
Nisa Scunthorpe RDC
Nisa scunthorpe RDC is a terrible place. Goods in staff rude, little bald manager likes to bully drivers. Takes anything up to 4hrs to unload 26pallets. Won't be sending my drivers there again. Shocking place!!!!!

Nisa, Meadow Road, Earley, Reading
Nisa, Meadow Road, Earley, Reading charging £1.59 for
a two pint container of milk is a complete rip-off.
Avoid the place like the plague, as I will from now on!
Grimsby Store Laceby Road
Visited the store and for the staff to be talking to each other not even acknowledging me waiting to pay. Other times the person serving has been busy on their mobile. Not the customer service experience one would expect.
I would give NISA NEW ELTHAM NISA a 0…

Rude and unprofessional service and behaviour. Throwing parcels in the basket, grabbing personal belongings from customers without any permission.
I shop at erith store 4x recently
I shop at erith store 4x recently. Since new management I got stared at each time. Today I ask about a product and noticed all shop assistant waiting for me to do something stupid. They intense staring at me. So I said should I go to assistant and he gestured with hand to leave. Why do some people just presume without just cause. So I go Bexley nisa, they seem ok.
1* for nisa erith, not all nisa. I do understand why nisa gets a bad reviews from most customers. They're rip off prices and if food on on eatby date they won't discount.
If you like rudeness shop here
Wonderful if you like having to explain why you want to buy an envelope as if it's any of their business, on top of the judgemental, rude and unhelpful staff, stale and expired sandwiches which actually made me and my partner ill, and everything is overpriced, on top of the layers of dust and grime, the so-called fresh produce is mouldy. Don't even bother trying to pick up or send a parcel here. They give you excuse after excuse and do not help. Plus the shop is a safety hazard and not accessible with crates in the tiny aisles so you can't walk down them, which are so small you can't have two people in it as it is, and the staff smoking right outside the door. Items don't scan so they then rip you off by inventing a price. Just avoid it unless you like a thoroughly unpleasant experience every time you go there.
Don't Click & Collect with Nisa Local
Do not get your items delivered to the Stanpit, Christchurch Nisa Local.
Staff did not know how to process a parcel from Evri and claimed they required an ECP code - neither Evri nor the sender of the parcel seemed to know what they were talking about. As a result I have not been able to get my parcel for over a week as they refuse to release it. I have now had to ask the sender to claim the parcel from the Nisa Local. The whole experience was quite distasteful and infuriatiing.
Appalling customer service at Nisa in Eaton Bray
Shame I cannot give one star! This morning I went to Nisa in Eaton Bray and the blonde woman who works in this Nisa served me at the counter. She is extremely RUDE! I said “good morning” to her and guess what? She looked at me and she did not say “good morning” back to me. Where is your customer service Nisa? You have a lot to learn including good manners!
Staff are rude and patronising
Staff are rude. Staff member laughed at another staff member whilst I was explaining my upset and stress of my parcel. Totally unprofessional and patronising.

Extortionate price comparison for chilled coldwater prawns
150 gram pack of chilled coldwater prawns £5.00. RIP OFF. Same weight pack - Lidl £1.65. Sainsbury £2.75. Tesco £2.80. Co-op 200 gram pack £3.50. I was in Nisa (which replaced our local village Co-op) at 7.00pm on a Tuesday evening. I was the only customer. No wonder at extortionate prices. The Co-op was always busy. Never mind. I won't be ripped off a second time - Nisa has lost yet another customer. We will never shop there again.
Narberth Nisa local
We arrived at Narbeth for our weeks holiday and decided to visit the Nisa local as we wanted to get some groceries in for the weekend to save traveling to Tenby.
We bought some chicken and some bread and some other bits just to see us through.
Lets just say if that was chicken i would of hated to see the kind of life it had.
It was the most disgusting chicken we have ever eaten.
Apart from it not really even tasting like chicken ( to be honest i think it may have been Cockrell which if it was we dont have an issue with that) and it had got to be the toughest chicken ever.
The Bread was moldy, we have not been back since and we shall never shop in a Nisa ever again.
I think Nisa need to check their supplier.
