york way store

york way store; i dont know how they havent been reported to trading standards and shut down by now...every price on the shelves is massively less than the ammount the charge you at the till for and when complain get bullied & ganged up on by her and no manager in sight & then try to blame you for their incompetency & breaking the law. often their tills are down and they take the money from your account then row with you and wont give you the goods youve paid for..When try to complain no manager in sight. They have dogs walk in the store and literally lick all the fruit & veg & when buy any fresh food from the stores is literally covered in ants after even washing it thoroughly. They up their prices each time you go in there and too incompetent and lazy to change the tickets, they never stock the same food types twice, the store is always filthy , dirty & disgusting with food all over the floor. one of the staff members is extremely rude & always tries to start a fight with me instead of apologise for her incompetence. how this stores hasnt been reported to trading standards by now i dont know...3rd world store making up their own laws, charging premium prices.

NISA BRENTWOOD DAMAGES HEALTH

NISA BRENTWOOD-Kings Rd IS DAMAGING HEALTH OF RESIDENTS
Help local residents and don't buy refrigerated products!

With Nisa's expansion in Feb. 2022, gigantic refrigerator unit(s) were installed. These units are causing excessive noise and therefore sleep deprivation to building residents, forcing them out of their own bedroom. Musa the business owner is unwilling to move those units and rather prefers damaging people's health.
Residents can't open their windows or sleep at night.

Please help your fellow residents, and stop buying as much as possible from this horrible shop, and boycott this shameless and selfish shop owner.
Every refrigerated product sold keeps this refrigator units running and keeps residents from sleeping.

A Real Life Farce

I visited the Drefach petrol station. It is like a scene that would make a setting for a TV comedy. People leave cars parked at the pumps while they go to do their shopping. I waited 25 minutes to get petrol. Then when you enter there are two checkouts but one only does shoppping and will not take petrol money the other does both. As someone with a lot of shopping was being served and the other cashier refused to take money for petrol I waited another 10 minutes to pay. The price of petrol is cheap but you have to think if you really have the time to go there. I will not be going back.

Diabolical organisation.

Bought 2 cans of lager from the front of the fridge in the nisa on Devonshire Road Blackpool last month only to discover they were 20 months out of date. I expected an apology and a refund but this hasn't happened. Diabolical organisation.

Nisa Local on Creek Road, London SE8

If I could give -stars I would. 1 star is way too good. Wednesday 5th January 2022
I went into the NisaLocal on Creek Road, Deptford, London SE8.

I brought a pint of milk and asked for my Oyster card to be topped up with £10.00. I paid using my debit card so the payment is in my online bank account statement (shows as 6th January). I even gave the owner an out of date pint of milk which I found in the store’s refrigerator~you know to be nice.

I didn’t need to travel until today (Sunday 9th January). When I caught the bus and paid for my journey, there was only £1.65 left on my Oyster~considerably less than what there should be. I had to stop off elsewhere to top up my Oyster. He was demanding why I waited for today~well because I did not need to travel until today. Just because I top up my Oyster card doesn’t mean I am using it straight away.

I went back to the shop and he remembered me coming in and when I told him that I paid £10.00 for a top up on my Oyster and that he did not put the funds on it~then he does not remember me. He looked for a little while on CCTV & refused to look anymore because I couldn’t remember the exact time that I went into the shop (it was evening time after 4pm no later than 8pm).

I told him that I work for that money, that it represents the time I spent working and it’s not ok to take money for a service requested and not deliver the service. Basically he stole that money. Who pays £10.85 for 1 pint of milk? On top of this insult, he accused me of stealing “maybe you come in here and steal”. There is literally nothing worth stealing in that store.

Please do not go to this store. Not only are the products of a low quality, you run the risk of paying for an Oyster top up and not get the money put onto your card. Total scam artist. Disgusting excuse for a human. Totally unforgivable.

Nisa Second Avenue Coventry

Nisa Second Avenue Coventry
Appalled by customer service at this shop. Had parcel delivered to this shop to collect. Went yesterday to collect my parcel. Was told guy off sick, other guy couldn't sort out my parcel. Went back today to collect parcel to be told my parcel wasn't there and tracked it and apparently it was on its way back to the retailer today. My item had only just been at store 24hrs. Would never order item to be delivered there again. Staff clearly had no idea how to deal with parcels. Considering my order stated I had until15th to collect it from the Nisa.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I complained months ago about their Mountbatten Rd, Braintree store selling old stock and multi items on their own. They don’t take any responsibility and ultimately just pass on the issue or ignore it.

How Co-Op can have anything to do with this shambles is beyond me.

If Nisa reply to this review saying they’ll look into it - they won’t. Just lip-service for people reading this review.

Nisa in Coventry on st George road

Nisa in Coventry on st George road

The staff are rude and not helpful when it comes to something you would like to replace,

I brought 2 iphone chargers at £4.99 each from local nisa shop in Coventry (st George street) across the road from me and when I reach home I realise that they was not right length I was given , it 1m not 3m when I open it, so I quickly took it back and was told I was not allowed to replace it by staff called dhaksheini jami and I requested to call the manager Matthew Roberts who said I was not allowed replacement, then it all became argument as another member of staff join in named billie jo Kent and unfortunately the box of the iPhone got damaged in the process! The customer service at this particular nisa shop at George street is horrible and there just rude and does not want to resolve anything instead I got threaten by billie jo Kent threaten me that if I take the replacement she will call
The police to arrest me for theft! it is shame because the nisa is part of the community but do not at all help people in the community as they are overpriced and expensive to buy things from there, it just about money money money!!! They do not care about the customer rights!!

unhappy

My co op in Garden village Wrexham recently converted to a Nisa local. Formerly it was excellent and a vital resource during lockdowns.
Now Nisa is poorly stocked especially for staple items and considerably more expensive. Both of these important to a largely elderly local population.
Also all covid safety measures have gone which is I believe illegal in wales

Nina local

Nina local, 110 Crabtree Road, Hemel Hempstead.

Used this shop for the first time today and was extremely impressed with the staff. Helped me with a parcel and they couldn’t do enough for me. First class service by the two young ladies. Will definitely be using this shop from now on.
Keep up the good work and service you are providing the local community.

Nisa on Eaves Lane Chorley

Nisa on Eaves Lane Chorley: the staff are so rude. The woman with the "manager" badge can go through whole end to end transaction without looking or speaking to you. I've seen one of the staff make a sandwich on a plate next to the till, then eat it in front of customers. How utterly unprofessional.
