We have a local Nisa that we have been using since the lockdown (can't normally get parked near it otherwise). They are fairly recently opened and I just wanted to give a little shout out to them. Its a great shop. Doesn't look that big from the outside, but once you are in, they have anything and everything in there. What makes it so nice is that the staff are super friendly and helpful, which makes up for it being slightly more expensive than your average shop. I just wish the parking was as easy all year round (and not just during lockdown) as we are disabled and need to park close by.
Nisa Local - Boldmere Road, Birmingham.
Incredibly expensive!
Incredibly expensive!! It cost me £40 for the same groceries that would have cost me £15 from ALDI. They are charging £2.90 for a small bottle of hand sanitizer, definitely profiteering and will never shop there again!!

Very useful and helpful shops which always offer good value and great service from staff. The plethora of different items are always appreciated when you just want to shop local, literally right on your doorstep sometimes.
Good selection of products at…
Good selection of products at reasonable prices. I can only go by the local stores I visit in my area(North Hertfordshire) which have been very helpful due to the supermarkets having no delivery slots. The store brand products are of good quality and with long opening times it really helps that I can get somewhere close by to do a decent amount of shopping. They will be receiving much more of my custom in future. A great help to the community.
They never give receipts
They never give receipts, you have to ask for them, and very often when you cross-check it, you will discover you have been ripped off. I.e. Promotional items often have their full-price instead of the sale price as clearly displayed.
I have complained to Trading Standards on several occasions but it appears to be continious. I find anystore that automatically has a policy of withholding customer receipts as very suspicious.
Nisa - Wokingham Station
I used to shop at the Nisa by Wokingham station every single day on my way to work. The family that run it are always friendly, say thank you and wish you a nice day.
The store is well stocked with essentials and treats for your day. Would highly recommend this corner shop
I visited this store yesterday since…profetering. Nisa
I visited this store yesterday since this crisis they have increased their prices in a overpriced store double price for toilet roll which is profiteering shame on you treating your local customers like this I hòpe like me they keep out of your store .for ever
I GOT BARRED BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE LOL
Nisa store York way.
Rude staff and they don't listen to you. I used to frequent this shop until was sold something i didn't ask for. the staff member was in a conversation with his workmate when i asked for a packet of cigarettes, rizlas and a £40 360Evoucher i repeated this to him over 6 times yet he was more interested in laughing with his friend. i finally got his attention he process what i thought was my order and i left, i got home and relized he had issued me with an £40 EE voucher so i called the shop and they said they didn't do refunds, i told him that if he had listened to me i wouldn't have to call up.
it took me two weeks to get my refund and that was because i spoke to the head office. The staff member told me that i shouldn't have called them he gave me my cash and then barred me from the shop. lol
The store in Dawes Rd; Make sure you check your change every time as mine is usually short
The store in Dawes Rd staff, well. Just to say watch them and your change if paying cash.... Not ethical on several occasions I found my change was less then it should be. Keep checking them as they like to have a little for later of your cash.
Nisa in old town EASTBOURNE staffing…
Nisa in old town EASTBOURNE staffing are competent and a credit to Nisa retail. Always helpful friendly and polite, I could easily take my trade to local competitors but I choose not to because of the service standards.
The new Nisa store In priory Road…
The new store In priory Road Bournemouth is just what was required here and find it very useful and it’s clean with a lot of descent products
Some of the staff just need to cheer up a little especially the males as I actually want to shop in there and I know it’s a tough job
Good selection to choose from
Good selection to choose from. Store is clean and attractive. Prices are average. Staff are rude and under trained, often charging wrong prices or giving wrong change.
Handy local shop or war zone ?!
I regularly shop at my local store in gateshead and pick up some great deals. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It also contains a subway and post office. We couldn't do without our local Nisa store tbh. However they do sell a lot of out of date stock. More than any other store by far. Lol. Idk what is going on there with that. Also they need to have a security guard on as there is much theft and fighting within the store. Never a dull day in Nisa 😂. Seriously though it is getting out of hand. They have a whole wall of mug shots of people who are banned and there staff, police, and thugs rolling around the floor wrestling regular.
A great supplier
A great supplier to the convenience store supermarkets, lets hope this carries on now Nisa is owned by the COOP.
