Disgusting poor customer service.Waited to be served and after waiting patiently in the queue like everyone else was then told by the manager when it was my turn “No scratch cards as we are busy”How rude!Wonder how people would react when it’s busy days and customers want to place their lottery on.She just walked off and wasn’t bothered.I am still waiting for a call after reporting her rudeness and still no reply.Very poor customer service.Don’t deserve custom
Woodhouse Sheffield
My wife thought she might just call into our nisa local (Woodhouse, Sheffield) but when she got to the checkout she was confronted by a member of staff telling her she had a cheek to come in the shop after putting a review on the local Woodhouse site seems to me you can't voice your own opinion what happened to free speech we all can't like the same thing it would be very boring
Utterly disgusting experience at Sinderland Rd, Timperley branch.
Just had an utterly disgusting experience at the Sinderland Rd, Timperley branch. Waited 10 minutes for closed Post Office counter to re-open as member of staff was doing "paperwork". Asked store manager if it would be much longer as was keen to leave as shop was getting increasingly busy and majority of people weren't wearing masks. A different member of staff who had just arrived exploded in to an aggressive rant about how she was entitled to a lunch break and to collect her daughter from school and didn't have to wear a mask as she was exempt. She must have been the member of staff coming back from doing "paperwork". She then yelled that she wouldn't serve me as I was rude! The manager had to tell her to go in to the back to calm down. Completely unprovoked, unnecessary, aggressive behaviour that left my daughter in tears! Shameful!
So expensive
So expensive what would of cost me 10 pound from some where else it cost me double the price what a rip off
Nisa Lower Broughton - Awful staff
Nisa Lower Broughton - absolute disgrace. Rude staff on the till, argumentative and disgraceful customer service. In no scenario should somebody in a shop say to a customer queueing for the till ‘oh you wait until you get to the front, going to have some fun with you’. Horrid man. I’ll support local so long as it’s not anything to do with him or the Nisa brand from now on as should not be allowed. Checkout staff need an attitude check - you’re serving on a till, not in some street fight.
Terrible customer service
Little Lever manager has a poor attitude in times of Covid. No sanitation at the petrol pumps. I now prefer to go to the Eurogarages Petrol stations who are cleaning all the time and have gloves and paper.
@hermes, you will lose customers because of the owner. Won't help anyone.
Get your ears blasted by canned music
Our local CO-OP in Greasby Wirral has become a NISA now. Some staff are very pleasant but others obviously think customers are a nuisances, they would benefit from customer service course.
I usually just buy a paper in there as it is more spacious than the post office and I feel safer with this COVID pain in the ****
Today I walked in and the speakers were up full Blast playing a local radio. Does NISA think that having your ears blasted by somebody else’s choice of music make customers happy and want to buy more?
Not me, it makes me want to get out ASAP.
I mentioned this to the lad behind the till ‘Danny’? He said ‘do you think it’s loud mate, I don’t. He said ‘it’s the radio, it’s pleasant’ insinuating I was not? I said ‘you don’t call customers mate’ He replied, I was just being friendly mate’
Where he stands behind the till doesn’t have a speaker overhead and it was obvious that it was for their entertainment not customers.
Prices have risen even above the old CO OP which were higher than local supermarkets in the area. Fruit and veg. shelves have been sparsely stocked for weeks now.
Our new store opened in Breightmet this…
Our new store opened in Breightmet this weekend. My favourite Coop wine Andrew Peace was £5.50 on Friday and then on Saturday it became a NISA and low and behold it's gone up to £8.10!!!
I am no longer a customer.
I got refused custom because I am…
I got refused custom because I am exempt from wearing a mask. The staff and especially the postmistress was incredibly rude in the Cwmllynfell store and tried to insult me in front of several other customers because I will not wear a face nappy even though it is not law, just government guidelines. If she chooses to believe the biased narrative then that is her prerogative but don't try to shame customers who have more sense than a shop assistant. I will not be suing the store, but I will never go there again, but I am sure there will be many people who will sue because of hidden disability discrimination. Sort your staff out Nisa, do some proper training with them.

Went into Nisa Halesowen on Wednesday night and wanted to buy 4 loaves of bread - jobsworth that served me refused to sell the bread which meant that I had to go to another shop to buy the bread therefore wasting my time
Starting to get massively pissed off…
Starting to get massively pissed off with the swansea store on highstreet, builders always clearing the good food and leaving rubbish for people like me who've been working 12 hours all night and only wants a bite to eat before I get home.
You need to start limiting these greedy people to one item, there's a pandemic on for God's sake get a grip, even worse when you see old people in the same boat, shape up
Difficult to rate Nisa as they are a…
Difficult to rate Nisa as they are a franchise. Each one is ran by individuals. A lovely family used to own the one near me Goose Green Wigan but has now been taken over and the difference is pretty big. Both run it well it just feels a little more like a coop now rather than a corner shop. Think it’s unfair reviews comparing the cost to Asda/Tesco/Aldi. Nisa is a corner shop and you will always pay more at a corner shop as they need to make a bigger margin as they sell far less. The one near me has been ran well and been very COVID safety conscious throughout the pandemic so please don’t tar them all with the same brush

Went to Nisa West Heath Birmingham
Went to Nisa West Heath Birmingham. on Sunday 27th September and was amazed to see how many of there customers where not wearing any sort of face coverings at all, when I mentioned this to Nisa staff at the counter all he said was yes I now, I will not use Nisa again, either being the other side of 60yrs I felt really vulnerable
We used to shop at Nisa fairly…
We used to shop at Nisa fairly regularly until we bought cheese that was mouldy, milk chocolate that was white instead of brown, stale crisps, milk with jelly like cubes at the bottom and today, out of desperation my husband bought burgers which when parted were mouldy between each one.
My only guess is that they turn the fridges off at night.
The place smells of raw sewage and it's only a matter of time before someone becomes seriously ill. If my husband or I were visually impaired we could have eaten the rotten food.
The staff who do wear masks wear them around their chin. Most staff don't wear them.
I was disgusted today to see on Twitter…
I was disgusted today to see on Twitter that Nisa stores are asking people not wear a face mask in their stores for so called security reasons! The government tells us that we have to wear facial coverings in all shops and that's by law and now we get shop saying we don't want you to wear them make-up your bloody mind.

Prices are way to expensive, got the same groceries that would have cost me £20 at lidl for £45. Quality isnt as good either.

These guys have been opening permanently since the lockdown, employing local staff.
I live in a small Town,( THAXTED, ESSEX), and this is the only Grocery. Yes, you can have drive a round trip of ten miles to Tesco, if you want to risk it. As for cost, how much is fuel and time worth if you shop further away.
Good company, with a good attitude. (:
