Got the part I needed which was hard to find anywhere else. But shipping charges to Ireland ridiculous. And despite emailing to request a breakdown of costs for doorstep surcharge, no reply. Advise to stop using UPS for shipment. Particularly for a part smaller than a 10p coin!

Took order and did not fulfill
I entered the part number, the site even suggested people that buy this, also buy this, and correctly identified the second part I needed. Ordered both parts and paid. 5 days later after repeated phone calls to see where the parts were received an email saying. They were not allowed to supply the parts and the order has been cancelled without their knowledge and they then refunded my money a few days later.
