Playing with others money

The Company accepted my payment for an item on stock and after a couple of days they send me an email saying that was an error and they didn’t have the item payed. They also said that they would refund me but never send me any bank proof

They were able to find and deliver the part. They contacted me on email and explained the entire process and justified the tardiness. Overall a great experience and I'll repeat.

I can only recommend they improve the packaging a little more. The box was quite beat and something smaller or more fragile could have suffered damages.
