'02 Micra drivers seatbelt. Computer said it was in stock. Completed the order only to be informed several days later that the computer was wrong, there was indeed NO stock. Refund was actioned and was returned with no issues.
Very poor customer service.
Wrong part delivered to Ireland. Have not got a response from the multiple people I've emailed trying to resolve the issue. I'm 86 Euro out of pocket (almost 30 of that was custom charge). Would not deal with them ever again.

Very organised and helpful company
I was having some difficulty getting car parts as I live overseas. I happily came across this company. Kerry is a star, very prompt with responses to enquiries both on the telephone and via email. Mike was also very helpful with my initial enquiries. Parts I ordered were sourced very quickly and smoothly and if there was going to be a delay when outsourcing a part, I was informed, so no hidden surprises! On placing my orders, I was kept up to date on their progress every step of the way through my online account with them. Once parts were handed to the delivery couriers they in turn had excellent communication and tracking records which were spot on for delivery times. I would highly recommend this company for your genuine nissan parts and I will definitely be using them again.
