I’m very happy with my experience with Nivito. I ordered the RH320 tap together with the CU500-BL sink, and both products exceeded my expectations.

The quality feels very solid and premium — the materials are heavy, well-finished, and clearly built to last. The design is modern and clean, and they look fantastic installed in the kitchen. The black finish on the sink is especially nice and gives a very exclusive look.

Installation was straightforward and everything fit perfectly. The tap works smoothly with good water pressure and feels very robust in daily use.

Delivery took a little time, but communication was clear and the products arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Nivito if you’re looking for stylish, high-quality kitchen products.

this company closed down few years ago and i do not understand how someone still trying to sell this products , they wanted us to send money and pay , not sure if we would ever receive sinks or not, but sounds like a scam as of today

Absolutely a fraud company.

Never received the stuff I bought after they received full payment.

There is only an email address at their website and they will ignore your email after you made a full payment.

Please avoid this company at all costs!!!

This sink is a great! The large, deep basin makes washing even big pots and pans so much easier. The stainless steel finish is durable and easy to keep clean, resisting scratches and stains like a champ. A fantastic and practical addition to my kitchen.

This sink and faucet set is a total upgrade! The sleek brushed nickel faucet pairs beautifully with the sharp, minimalist design of the deep, single-basin stainless steel sink. The high-arc spout gives ample clearance for cleaning larger pots and dishes. Installation was a breeze, and both pieces feel durable and high-quality. BUYER BEWARE we purchased & PAID for 2 kitchen mixer & 3 kitchen sinks from Nivito on behalf of a customer in April 2023 the ETA supplied by Nivito was 3-4 weeks 16 months later after we have not received the items and the company is not replying to any email ETA requests.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! This company does not exists. They quickly reply on your inquiry and sending immediately a proforma, after you paid you will never hear again from them.

BEWARE: This firm is non-responsive. Customer service is just about nil. I have been promised replacement parts FOR MONTHS but Nivito both in the UK and Sweden have ignored my subsequent messages. There is no telephone number to call, no address to write to. The worst aftercare I have ever experienced. Are they even in business anymore?! Their website is not processing payments for new orders.

This company is fake and deceit. We never got delivered our goods. Attention!!!

I would not trust this company if I were you. I placed an order for 6 taps and 6 soap dispensers, coming up to a total of just under 3k. After months and months of chasing I received 2 taps. (That was in November). I have received nothing more till this day. They even got my previous review removed. it's actually laughable.

It's a scam company. When I looked Nivito up, before making the purchase, it looked good with many great reviews. This company is a police matter.

I regret to share my experience with the customer service. Despite multiple complaints regarding a water pressure issue with my faucet, I received inadequate assistance. The problem remained unresolved despite numerous emails. To make matters worse, the faucet is currently unusable due to the persistent issue.

The lack of response and willingness to find a solution left me disappointed. There is a need for improvement in customer service to handle such cases more efficiently. It's unfortunate that my concerns, which include the faucet being rendered unusable, were not taken seriously.

Had a problem with a 4 year old kitchen faucet, got a new part sent free! now everything works, what a great service! THANK YOU!!

Truly extraordinary. Had the same great experience as the previous travel center. Good service and getting spare parts is something more people should follow.

We placed unfortunately an order in October 2023 (also payed all at the same time) and do not hear back from them informing us about the delivery date. We are very concerned if this company is serious. We wrote emails - no response, The company is not reachable by phone.

Scam company, do not trust positive reviews here. They respond making you think you will receive your order but it is delayed, 6 months later they have your money and no response.

Have had the faucet and shower faucet for 6 years. Some damaged products need to be replaced and get help within 2 days. Best service I have ever experienced!!! Highly recommended! Very satisfied!

As some others have written, I also experienced great customer service! If there is even the slightest problem, you send an email to Nivito and they resolve the problem immediately via a reply letter! Very simple and flexible.
