The company reached out to us to let us know details of the shipment after we ordered which was great. The clock is amazing! It has several interesting configuration options - and you can tell the thoughtfulness that was put into designing this. It has multiple options for power/tube saving, such as a configurable sleep mode or a motion sensor mode which is just such a great feature. You can't go wrong buying this clock - it's memorizing to watch and you can just sense the craftsmanship out into it.

Order came very quickly, seller emailed to let us know how it was coming, got here in perfect condition, loved the packaging, easy to set up and works beautifully

After making a purchase the staff at Nixieshop immediately contacted me to give details of when my order would be ready to be shipped. They provided updates and a UPS tracking number for the package. The package took about 10 days to travel from Ukraine to New Zealand and arrived in excellent condition. The packaging was amazing and I bet you could have thrown it off a building without issue. The clock looks exactly as good as the photos on the website and I could not be more happy with it.
I will definitely be ordering more of them for amazing and unique gifts for friends and family.

Great experience with Petro and Nixie Shop. The clock is very cool and always get comments. And when two bulbs failed (after around one year), he covered the replacements under warranty very generously and without any debate.

Since the Nixie Clocks are made in Ukraine and sent from there, you may have to wait a few days longer until they arrive - but it works!! The parcel took 11 days from Ukraine to Austria. It was very well packed and worth the wait!

I emailed that the paper Product Manual was a different version than the clock's firmware and the online manual.

Petro updated the website and manual text only *hours* after my email.

Simply beautiful clock. Very safely and nicely packaged, ready to be gifted for example. Comes with clear instructions. Settings are surprisingly simple to operate. Petro is very responsive and communicates well. Shipping from Ukraine into the EU was straightforward as well. Took 7 days in total, but Petro warnes this could vary depending on time at customs. All in all perfect. Thank you Petro!

I've ordered on 05 feb 24 model #6 in red, with IN-8-2 Nixie tubes. I received it on 21 feb. Relay good delay for the delivery to France. The package was perfect, excellent protection for the clock.
