I ordered a Model #4 Slim with a Black PCB and In-14 tubes...and it was awesome. The craft + workmanship is sublime - and I mean both inside and out/in both the digital and mechanical sense. It's amazing how many customisable features and options you have when setting up your clock, and the PCB board (the details with the skull and the nixieshop branding), wooden housing and tubes work in perfect harmony aesthetically. On top of all that, the glow of the tubes at night never fails to put a huge smile on my face. My only issue is the amount of time I sit staring at Petro's clock wondering if it is more mechanical marvel or work of art...

Petro is a genuine guy, really responsive, and the products are excellent - expensive, granted, but excellent. I bought a nixie tube clock (via Etsy) and it arrived beautifully packed, with spare "dot" neons and a note about obtaining replacement tubes under warranty should any of the Nixie tubes fail. The clock itself is finished to a high standard and gives me disproportionate amounts of pleasure because I have a huge soft spot for stuff like this.
I can't fault any aspect of my transaction with this store. Etsy make it hard to review products because they don't allow it within a short time, then you forget, then it turns out they don't allow it after a longer time either. This is highly frustrating as I really want to review my Nixie clock. Executive summary: Top store, fabulous products, not cheap, but worth it.

Nice product, responsive feedback from seller. It took a while to get item delivered, which is understandable in current situation (shipped from Ukraine), and it was well communicated from the seller. Hope they would be able to have more product options in the future.

Extraordinary. I have the clock since 2017 (I think). After 8 years that worked non-stop the watch had a minor issue with a component on the motherboard. Petro assured me that it will fix the clock for me if I can find a way to ship it in Ukraine. I shipped the clock in Poland and Petro fix it, and sent it back to me in Romania. The clock was perfect packet with original box and stuff. This guy is extraordinary! Thank you!

Amazing product from a company that is working in awful conditions but however deliver its promises. Could only support them and broadcast information about both products and company, they deserve this.

The clock is awesome, and it arrived in packaging that's both cool (neat retro motif on box) and safe (seller clearly takes extra care with custom-cut foam). Great customer service when I emailed asking for a tracking number, and very fast ship time (less than two weeks to Chicago) considering the current situation in Ukraine. Great functionality and thoughtful design.

Received my Nixie Clock and it was better than expected. Overseas shipping took 6 days and the packing was rally well done!

There are different nixie clocks on the market. I was looking for a vintage look and therefore bought the model with an artificially aged finish and square rough edges.
This clock is a wonderful piece of art. It is easy to set up and configure. There is no display. Changing settings therefore requires stepping through menu items each time. This is fine for me, since I won't change settings frequently.
After placing my order I got notified by email that the order is being delivered by car to Poland first and then by UPS afterwards.
Shipping took about one week from Ukraine to Switzerland, which is quick taking into account that Ukraine is under heavy attack. Packaging was so good that you don't have to worry. If something is broken then UPS is to blame. In my case the clock was intact.

Clock arrived very quickly in about a week and worked perfectly out of the box! No damage and everything was very well documented and explained with the instructions. I was impressed to even have a Swiss type plug for the 12V power supply which is not so typical. The clock has a lot of cool functions and settings to play with.

Great webpage and very easy to navigate. Found exactly what I was looking for and my Nixie Clock showed up way quicker than I anticipated.

Clock was packaged very well and no damaged with being shipped across the world. Was happy the Nixie Store indicated you need to order the power supply separate if you live in North America and included a link for the power supply on Amazon. I ordered the power supply/cord from Amazon for $9.00 and it worked perfect.

I ended up ordering the clock for my daughter who is an engineering student and she absolutely loved it.

Amazing quality, beautiful finish.

Great service and communication from the vendor. Despite UPS shipping difficulties within Ukraine at present, item arrived in Australia in just over a week. Very steampunk look and very cool! Keeps excellent time and after several days of operation has not drifted more than a second from my GPS based time reference.

The shop owner e-mailed me personally to let me know that my product was being shipped. In the middle of the Ukraine war he drove the product to Poland to get it shipped out. That is service. Petro was very communicative and the quality of craftsmanship is unmatched! I am very proud that Nixieshop provided me with my first Nixie clock, as I have always wanted one.
