I ordered a knife with some small screws in it. One fell out, and I couldn't find a replacement. I turned to support and to my delight Brian ordered the screws from their supplier, sent them to me for free. That level of service is just priceless. Please give Brian a 🤗 and a pay raise. I'm sure he's worth it 🙇‍♂️

I ordered a zippo yellow flame insert, a zippo fuel canister, a mam 2043 knife and and a bottle of balistol and didn’t recieve the zippo fuel canister, i ordered 2 times from here and its sad to see my order is not complete this time…

Having read many negative reviews I was wary of ordering from this company. However, it was the only place I could find the knife I wanted, they had the best price, ordering was simple and delivery to the UK was 2 days.
The package and contents arrived undamaged, so I was very happy.

I had an order of 2 Zwilling Le Cordon Bleu knives, 1 Shapton Glass Stone. Set about returning the knives as they weren't as expected. I contacted Knives and Tools, they took an age to let me know of returns and how to. Finally got returns slip, said "freepost" however not AVAILABLE in UK so (buyer beware) I had to subsequently pay £17.90 for shipping. To my delight, customs decided to hold the knives for 10 days as "kitchen cutlery" fills many descriptions but not knives apparently... Anyways, items were released and delivered to Post Location on a Wednesday, in which I got an email saying they would personally collect the FOLLOWING Tuesday???? Are you kidding me? So Tue comes and goes, no email, Wednesday, no email, Thur, no email - see where I'm going? So I contacted and said I wasn't happy at no communication and the fact I was out of pocket where they clearlg advertise a FREE returns service and they sent me an email saying due to my inconvenience they offer me a voucher of £7.50 to use off a future purchase. Is this a joke???? Who said I would want to use them again after all this hassle!?!?! Anyways, it's now Sat, 1.5 months since buying item to send back and still no email confirmation or telling me they picked up the knives! I just want my refund is all! I would love my postage back because of all the hassle and nuisance it has caused but I'm finding just getting my refund challenging enough. Hopefully they see this and can justify their actions or lack of as they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or customer loyalty. Returns should be easy and hassle free, not like you're completing an obstacle course to get an item returned.

After a second telephonic contact with the customer service (they called me!), we arrived to a solution; knivesandtools will send a new pan at a sharp reduction of the price.

I bought a de Buyer crepe pan. Sadly, this pan becomes warped after heating, so it's no use for cooking crepes. I contacted knivesandtools by phone which went smooth. Sadly enough they told me there is no guarantee for this problem so they could not help me.
