I received a wooden chopping board and oiled it twice before use, then on the first usage I found cracks in the wood. They blamed me for the damage and didn't replace it although it says that it has a warranty.

I've spent a small fortune buying products from knivesandtools.nl. They have a great selection of top quality products and quickly deliver orders. The only downside I find is the returns policy and process. It is so cumbersome, not only for the customer but indeed for the company. The process became a pain on the few occasions I had to return products. Filling out a printed PDF, sending this off, and then waiting eight days for the money to be returned to the customer needs improvement.

The knife is outstanding quality for the price, very sharp right out the box, the size looks small but the handle is thick and big enough. Really a good purchase!

Onlangs was er defect ontstaan aan een Fenix zaklamp. Na het opsturen werd deze kosteloos geheel vervangen. Pet je af voor zo'n service.
