Service is not what is once was.
I've been a long time customer here. In years past they did what they had to, and did it well. However, when it's time to fix a mistake, they are less than enthusiastic. Recently, I had a problem with a bad sheath paired with an expensive knife. I asked if there was a way to resolve the problem where I could keep the knife. They replied that they needed to confer internally and would get back to me. It's been two weeks. Spoiler: they never got back to me.

Yesterday afternoon, around 16.00 hours, I ordered a silky gomboy curve 300-8 grof, oranje through knivesandtools.nl here in the Netherlands. Less than 24 hours later it was delivered, well packaged as well, at my home address.
