We had a home visit (mobility issues) to have a capacity assessment of an elderly person. Dr Danilewicz's approach was professional and of tact and respect, no tension caused, every question answered.
And Maggie Thaxter, Referrals Coordinator, organized both the visit and correspondence to our GP in the best way possible.

Initially very professional they couldn’t do anything more… once I’d paid and had the assessment, it was like trying to get blood from a stone. I literally had to pester them for a report. Barely responded and the times they did respond it was excuses after excuse. Quite poor to be honest.

Very unresponsive, won't respond to my calls or emails after the initial appointment.

Awful psychiatrist, don’t be fooled by their professionalism, they misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medication according to NHS single point of access, from which I’m getting side effects nearly a year later. The doctor refused to do an autism assessment, I’ve now been diagnosed privately elsewhere. I would avoid this psychiatrist and go through a more reputable clinic.

Plason works really well. I purchased few recommended Jansen products. I'm very happy with results , my skin is in best condition ever. Communication is great, especially when I need to order cream or serum etc. Delivery is organised in no time. Than you so much for , such a great service.

I had an initial consultation with Dr Maciej with an 'official' diagnosis at the end, during the appointment he was really professional and calm, I paid hundreds and asked for a written report at the end of the session to which he said the secretary will email it to me, months and months down the line they never did. I have tried calling and emailing and I get completely ignored! I cant fathom why a 'professional' clinic would just diagnose people and not give any hard written proof, its definitely a ghost diagnosis so please don't waste your £390 with these unprofessionals. Its a scam.

The Doctor was superb and really great but 2-3 months on we still have not received the written plan of action to bring my husband off 1 medication and how to start the next one. This letter should of been done to our GP and ourselves immediately after our visit. We paid a lot of money but are not getting any reply to phonecalls or text messages from the secretary! Very disappointed. I wish I didn't have to write this review but I cannot seem to get a reply from them.

Very good service and wonderful offer via thier Instagram , would recommend too any one with skim issues or looking for a professional clean Facial. Very relaxing.
