My stairlift wasn’t working. Although it is not a model that they supply or service, they took the time to advise me over the phone on how to solve the problem. Far more helpful than the original supplier. Highly recommended. Thank you

I don't normally write reviews, but had to in this case. I can't rate highly enough the whole experience with this company with the service,empathy and values they have shown me and my family in dealing with the install and subsequent removal after my father's death. Thank you to everyone involved.

From start to finish, the experience with Trent Stairlifts was excellent. The fitting team were efficient, calm, and completely stress-free, even though we have an awkward staircase and challenging circumstances.

They genuinely moved heaven and earth to get the job done quickly and properly. Nothing felt like a problem to them, they were real problem-solvers and made what could have been a very difficult install look easy. They worked around us, respected our situation, and clearly understood the urgency of our need.

Dan, Owen, and Martin were fantastic throughout. They were professional, sympathetic, and a pleasure to deal with. The price was also very good, flexible, and highly competitive, absolutely worth every penny.

Who knew you could rent one? Absolute life saver! I was in urgent need of a Stairlift following an accident and injury. Their response was really rapid; engineer was out within 2 hours, fitting within 2 days. Amazingly efficient. It meant minimal disruption to the house and meant I could stay as independent as possible. We had one little glitch, though nothing to do with the lift itself, and called the office out of hours. To our surprise they got back to us within about 5 minutes. They are very straight; focus on your needs rather than theirs; are extremely reliable and responsive at all stages of the process. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again - although hopefully we won't need to! We recommend this company 100%. Thank you so much Trent Stairlifts.

The process from quote to fitting was seamless. Dan was excellent going through all the options with my mum. Once we decided to go ahead installation was arranged within 2 days. The fitter arrived on time & again went through options in terms of where to locate the electrical box. Once installed a very clear operation demonstration was given. I have no hesitation in recommending Trent Stairlifts as the service we received was excellent.

Cannot praise Trent Stairlifts enough. This company provides an invaluable service, delivered in a caring and professional manner. My first contact Dan, explained everything calmly without a forceful attitude like some other companies. My husband now has a short life expectancy, so it was reassuring to find that Trent offer a very acceptable installation fee and a monthly rental option. Martin installed the stairlift the next day and was friendly and super efficient. I recommend Trent to anyone unreservedly.

What a wonderful service from start to finish. Initially we saw Dan who was very professional and has helped us so much, as this stair lift was needed as a matter of urgency and they supplied a great lift. The fitting was completed by Martin, what a lovely man as well and did a really good job. Why would you not use a local family run business when to be honest you normally get the best service from them. I cannot recommend this firm enough, if there were more than 5 starts I would definitely give them top marks. Thank you very much.

A very helpful company. They fitted my Dad's stairlift, serviced it, and when, sadly, Dad had to leave the house, took it out again. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The engineer that fitted our lift was professional and polite. Nothing was to much trouble. He went over everything until my mum got it with out rushing.

From initial phone call to make enquiries I was informed of all the options available to me for my parents home. A survey of the house was done a couple of days later to fall in line with my shift pattern so I was available to be there. All options again explained to me and my parents the prices the same as the initial call. Parents decided to have a new stairlift installed with the 2 year warranty, this was installed a few days later, to fall inline with my shift pattern again.
Installation was very quick arrived at time stated and a full explanation of operation of stairlift. Everyone that I had contact with were professional efficient and friendly. No pressure was put on us at anytime to make a purchase. To top it all the company is very local to my parents home, are a well established company and the stairlift installed is British made with a good warranty. I do not envisage any issues with our purchase or the company if we encounter any problems with our purchase.
So in conclusion
I recommend this company for product choice friendly proficiency quick process and value for money. Plus the bonus of peace of mind for both of my parents.

Trent stairs were excellent. My mum had recently had an accident which had worsened her mobility. A lovely gentleman came out to see her and my dad, he was very knowledgeable, listened to the issues and recommended the best model to help. They had a nearly new one which Trent fitted in less than a week, no pushy sales, excellent service and would highly recommend.
