Dan was absolutly fantastic,the service we had from start to finish was brilliant,we were recomended by two other families to this firm.
Our 1st conversation was last friday when Dan called me back after the phones being busy,he then came to measure monday,it had to be ordered and because dad was unable to come home from hospital until the stairlift was fitted he fitted us into his very busy schedule and fitted it thursday ,so thats less than a week,we can't thank him enough ,its been excellent .

We used Trent Stairlifts to install a stairlift at my grandparents. Excellent service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Recently had a stairlift put in by this company .I have rhumatiod arthritis & fybromyagia. And was worried about people being in my house .But the whole thing was very good , lovely fitter happy and polite man , made feel at ease. Couldn't have wished for more .I highly recommended this company as they know what there doing and are reasonably priced .

A chap called Dan arranged to visit my mum he was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Within the week the stairlift was fitted for a reasonable price. We are more than happy from start to finish

Daniel was so helpful and had lots of knowledge of which was the best stair lift to support my elderly relative. They can now safely go up and down stairs at ease. Which has enabled them to keep their independence and remain at home! Excellent communication, professional and super reliable. Daniel arrived on time and the stairlift was fitted neatly and it even folds up so others can use the stairs! Definitely recommend!
