Working with Robert was very much like working with a good friend. The result is that I got a great rate and lowered my monthly payment. Do not trust anyone else. Robert and Nationwide is the place to go for your mortgage needs.

Aside from speaking too fast over phone conversations, Robert Pudlowski, Loan Originator, was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and made refinancing our mortgage an overall good experience.

I hope you have a better experience than I have had. The entire process of trying to take out a loan with nationwide was drawn out, painful and eventually fruitless. Both My brother and myself are doctors and we were hopeful to buy our first house together. I spoke to a worker at nationwide for well over 1 and a half hours where I was questioned in depth about my income and work history. I was transparent and truthful right from the get go. After telling them that I work as a locum doctor and giving them a low estimate of my income on purpose ( to avoid unexpected deduction in the loan amount they could offer me) I was given an agreement in principle for the loan amount i was looking for. It was very difficult to even arrange an appointment with a mortgage advisor. this took an entire month. I finally spoke to the mortgage advisor and suddenly i was told that my loan amount had more than halfed. when i asked why this was they told me that they looked at my latest P60 and according to the information there they could only offer me the low loan amount they did. However, I had received a big promotion since 10 months ago which the P60 did not cover and which nationwide completely disregarded. When I asked why they were disregarding the last 10 months of my work, they could not even give me an answer. They basically told me ''thats how it is, deal with it''. Months of my time had been wasted and now I am left without a loan amount and with vendors who are eager to move on and cancel the house purchase.
I really hope that my bad experience was down to the individual mortgage advisor i spoke to rather than the entire bank of nationwide. I noticed that Nationwide has a good rating on trust pilot, so if you do decide to go with nationwide I hope it works out for you. God bless.

Nationwide Mortgage Bankers were great to work with. They were there for you every step of the way from the application to the closing with my Refi. I would like to thank Melvin Castillo, Robert Pudlowski, and the rest of the Nationwide employees that made this an easy process. This company is highly recommended.

This company stinks! I would never recommend them to anyone what so ever. This refinance has been going on for 8 months! I keep getting promises that we have a closing set up and then they change to another date then more paper work. They have no clue what they are doing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Greg was extremely knowledgeable about getting the best deal possible for us and always attentive and available. We never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response and by far using Nationwide with Greg has been one of the most efficient mortgage closing processes Ive ever experienced. I would definitely recommend!

Being dragged on for months. No process and lack of transparency. Regret going with this bank and will NOT recommend anyone to close a deal with this mortgage company. Every week is a promise and yet nothing happens. I haven’t gone anywhere else as I think is almost at the end then promises not kept.

Great as usual. Matthew Morrison helped me and answered the phone day and night, weekdays and weekends. He went above and beyond to speed up the process.
Next loan I'd like more financial help on closing costs though, since I'm a returning customer
