The team was on point in helping me know exactly what documents I needed and easy to work with .. Zachary Zeankowski is the man !!!
Man ole man. I gave up my home search after switching banks 4 times. A declined file and one huge headache. I came into this group angry and ranting about this declined file and how disappointed I was. There were plenty of comments but one comment stood out to me and it was of course loan officer he knew without me explaining too much how my file was declined. We inboxed and he never seemed desperate for a new client. Just that he was willing to look over the documents and can probably work it out . Long short short not even 60 days later I’ve officially closed on the home I’ve cried so many nights about. He literally is a ROCKSTAR!!!!!!! He made this process so stress and drama free. Any stress there was he took it on and handled it. Never lost his cool. Professional to the T ! And no matter what time of day or night he answers his phone. Explained any silly questions I may have had and solved every problem I didn’t even know I had. I literally couldn’t have asked for better assistance with getting this deal done.
