The customer service there are second to none they helped me get a car that is right for me and my family.
I had an issue with the a/c and they said bring it back and we will sort and that they did they are all ways willing to help and go the extra mile. So again thank you guys

Bought a car of them Wednesday been told the car it's been checked and running nice and smooth without any problems MOT passed without any advisory clear drive for one day and the car doesn't seem to be OK as it's been floating on the road went to garage just to check what is wrong with it the mechanic said that the suspension need to be replaced and that the car shouldn't pass the MOT went back to them after 2 days they said that their mechanic check the car and couldn't find any problem that the suspension is a bit worn for it's age but not so bad so decide to reject the car and ask for full refund as I don't feel save to drive this car especially with my kids so been told that I will get full refund and in this case I will not have to pay admin fees so what you pay this what you get back that was Friday, Monday morning give them a call to ask about my refund they said before releasing any refund car has to be checked by mechanic where they have done this Friday but never mind after few hours got email that car is fine no problem with it and my refund is on its way to me but to remember there is £199 admin fees but admin fee of £199 which is retained when the car is returned in order to clean and readvertise the car however as a gesture of good will the management have waived £100 of the admin fee totally rip off not recommended at all telling people one thing and doing another completely not honest and definitely never get back to them AVOID !!!

Staff was helpful, polite, friendly and understanding. Cars were beautiful, well priced and in good condition.

We was given plenty of time to look through any paperwork and make a decision, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying a car.

Buying my son's first car was the best purchase experience I've had with a car dealership. Ahmed was so honest, humble & didn't want to 'use his voice' ... unlike any other sales person I have ever met. The fact that he kindly pointed out all the negatives first & at the time of signing didnt want to force me on extended warranty, rather on how to help my son with insurance and passing his test says it all. Then, after I wanted to pay cash & take it away, he made me wait so that he could get a brand new MOT & service. He provided authentic paperwork, including the FSH original stamped book.
I just hope that this low mileage, warranty & servicing pays off & I don't have grief with this used car purchase. I feel though, if I did, this company would support me for some reason. Fingers Crossed
