Company took money then failed to deliver on trip. Website shut down, phone numbers don't work, emails bounce. No longer ln Facebook. I even visited the covent garden address but it is just an address for companies to use for mail and tax reasons. Director is Hallam Luke O'Shea. Has several other companies linked to him. Do not give money to them.

World Adventure Group - it's all a scam

My friend and I booked a five night trip with the company "Gressoney Adventures", which included transfers, accommodation and a different activity each day (e-biking, via ferrata etc) and paid £200 each. This was promoted as a "new subscriber offer" as the company was new and launched at the Outdoor Expo in 2023. My friend and I were initially sceptical due to the low cost - if it seems too good to be true it usually is! After doing due diligence however it seemed legit and we booked, initially comms were good arranging our dates, activities and waiver forms etc, however a week before we were due to fly we received a blanket email addressed to "dear customer" telling us all activities had been "temporarily suspended due to administrative issues". There was no mention of next steps or what our options were, no phone number provided to contact someone, nothing. We obviously replied on email but were ignored. The UK phone number associated with the company appeared cut-off and when we finally managed to locate an Italian number the guy who answered was very evasive about whether everything was ok and suggested we call back the next day. We have called back several times now and despite being told "Sara" will call us back (she was our initial email contact) we have received nothing. After extensive investigations it seems "Gressoney Adventures" is ultimately part of "World Adventures", which is also operated by the same guy who runs "No Boundaries Limited" - Hallam Luke O'Shea. A quick companies house search shows he is director of five separate companies that appear to be outdoor activity companies. It would appear Mr O'Shea has no idea how to run a company and is plainly scamming innocent folks, as evident from the numerous negative reviews below. We will continue to try and contact these cowboys to get our money back but we're not holding our breath given it seems some folks have been waiting years for their refunds. You have been warned.

Scamming Fraudsters

I bought £400 of vouchers last year, booked a trip to Italy with them for August this year which was a nightmare in itself due to no response for weeks at a time. Now they are completely ignoring my emails, we have no information about the trip and considering other reviews I would say it is not going ahead. How can a scam site like this stay up and running for so long. Their Companies House information shows that their accounts are overdue so they are obviously just taking money for trips that do not exist under the guise of a travel company, and are not even paying their taxes. Complete thieving fraudsters.

They still owe me £500 credit which was paid before covid. I tried email, message, instagram and calls to find out about the new Sardinia trip they put in the website, but no response at all. That gives me the alert! Are they still in business? When they can give me the money back?? If someone take them into court, can we all be involved be the witness and get our money back?

Still owed £600

Still owed a £600 refund from 2019. Please can someone get in touch about this, as I can't get hold of anyone on the phone and haven't had an email reply now for several months. Thank you.

Still owed £800

Me and my partner booked onto no boundaries activity tester programme back in March 2022. After months of extremely poor communication, they cancelled the programme in July 2023 and we are still waiting on a refund.

No boundaries and Hallam O’Shea have continuously made excuses as to why they cannot send our money back even claiming they cannot access their own bank account ( this is a huge red flag in itself and shows how shoddily the company is being run). I have taken the company to small claims court and they are still refusing to cooperate. We are currently pursuing a county court judgement against the company and have reported them to the trading standards authority.

Please do not trust this company with your money they are scammers!

Dishonest firm

Under the guise of providing a unique travel experience, this company has shown themselves to be actual scammers. They never refund money in case of cancellation, they cancel trip after trip, use misleading practices and promise products they never deliver.
The last incident that occurred put me and my family, including a 2-year-old child, at risk of being stranded in a high-altitude resort (vale d Aosta) without accommodation, which is truly shameful and represents gross negligence. By coincidence, one week before the trip I called the resort where we were supposed to stay to ask some details and they never been contacted for a reservation.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company, as their business practices are unethical and their customer service is unacceptable. They now conveniently stopped answering emails. Please save yourself some stress and money.

Give me my money back!

This is concerning! I have seen many reviews with my same situation. I couldn't take part of any trip due to Covid and personal circumstances and they haven't given my money back. I started the refund process in Jan 2024 and haven't received my money back. They have stopped replying to emails. They don't answer the phone. Wrote to their Instagram page. Nothing! Have raised a formal complaint which I doubt is going to do anything for me. This company is far from professional and they still have my £800! Give me my money back!

Best avoid as they are not regulated or having any insurances

Under the guise of 'Sports Club', this company cleverly evades travel agent regulations, leaving you unprotected in case of trip cancellations, delays, or financial disputes. Shockingly, they conveniently omitted to send me the terms and conditions upon purchasing a pass, only revealing them on their website later. I strongly advise against engaging with them, as their trip planning and communication standards are abysmal, to say the least.

They also further protect themselves by asking you to buy a 'pass' instead of a trip with the planned date so as not to be classified as a travel agent and using the money to improve their cash flow as they took the money first and then tried to see if they can get efficient number to start a trip with a date that they can run it the cheapest, which is understandable. However, the problem is when they need more people signing up. You will either wait years while they use the money for something else or try to put you on another random trip that has cancellations or needs more people to attend.

The refund process is also flawed. They will try to keep your money by offering you a discount for the new trips (if that happens) or asking you to tell them to sort it out with your bank.

The complaint process is a joke if you read it on their website. The person responsible for the complaint is the person to whom you want to make a complaint.

Owed £600 since September 2023

Waiting since September for a refund after THEY cancelled the trip. Initially, it seemed like they were communicating reasonably about it but since November I have heard nothing and my many calls have gone unanswered.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES!
I would give no stars if I could. My son paid £600 deposit to this company for a trip back in December 2022. They cancelled the trip and then another trip he agreed to transfer to. For over two years he's tried to contact them to get his money back and they never answer the phones or emails. They are thieves. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot put the correct date on this review as the trip never happened and it doesn't go back to 2022 when he paid his deposit.

Fabulous week in Gressoney

Had a fabulous week in the Aosta Valley, organised superbly by No Boundaries UK. Great accommodation (BnB Alchemilla), fantastic location (Gressoney-Le-Trinite) and tons of snow. Excellent value for money all-round from No Boundaries UK. Loved it.

Never received 200 pounds reimbursement

So saddened to see I'm not the only one this happened to by reading other reviews, seems like it's a systematic issue but I'm also due a reimbursement that No Boundaries confirmed they would send me - and then never acted upon it. I followed up numerous times and I was initially told that this would be addressed but it would seem I was just being fobbed off as it's been a year and I still haven't seen any trace of my 200 pounds and No Boundaries stopped replying to emails and calls. Absolutely criminal. I've been really polite in all my communications and tried to be understanding but at this point I think I've just been simply robbed of my money.

Money stealers who cancel at the last minute

If I could give them zero I would. I paid £400 two years ago for a e-biking holiday. I kept having to chase them to find the dates for the holiday which was rescheduled several times. The final time I was still calling them with 4 days to go not knowing where even which airport to go to, only to be told it had been cancelled.
I requested a refund. They agreed to a refund in November and since then …. Tumbleweed. I email into a void of nothingness. I try the online complaints … nothing. I leave voice mails and nothing happens. Very occasionally I speak to someone on the phone and twice now they have promised to resolve the problem within a week. But guess what? Yep. Nothing happens. I just want my money back and am considering taking legal action but given the other review below I’m not sure there’s any point.
So save your money and don’t go with this company, because they’ll take your money and run.

Like minded strangers

Fun group of like minded people met as strangers and left as friends. Gressoney La Trinite was a very beautiful little Italian village, made all the more so from a huge dump of snow and then sunny skies. The skiing was a bit too difficult for some of us - really should be pitched just at good intermediate skiiers.

Last Minute 'Rescheduling' for Next Year

No Boundaries 'rescheduled' the trip last minute for the next year due to adverse weather conditions, alternatively offering a ski trip requiring extra holiday and at extra cost.

They notified me only two days before the event letting me know there would be no refund. Abysmal.

UPDATE: I replied to their email asking to reschedule the trip for the next year and they didn't bother replying a month later, though they are very quick to combat negative reviews

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We note that you have not yet contacted us directly regarding this issue, but we remain available to discuss further should you wish to do so.

The decision to cancel the upcoming trip was not made lightly. However, following disruption last week and avalanches in the Valley, which left 4 of our adventurers unable to depart, and with a similar amount of snowfall predicted for this weekend, we simply could not take the risk of sending you there. The risk of severe injury or death due to avalanches, especially when ice climbing in gullies (known avalanche hotspots), is far too high to even contemplate. We investigated all alternative itineraries and options, however, due to the risks involved, no other solution proved viable.

As a result of this, and going above and beyond our booking conditions and waiver form, we offered the only options available: transfer to a ski week with an extended stay where the risk of being stuck in the Valley is significantly reduced, or transfer to another weekend adventure at any time. Understanding that it is the last viable week for ice climbing, we could not offer an alternate date until next year for the same activity. We extended this offer to include any of our weekend trips throughout the year as a gesture of goodwill, and it remains available to you as an option should you wish to take it.

I am sorry you are disappointed and understand that you are upset; however, I am not prepared to risk people's lives uneseceraly.

If you have any questions, would like further clarity or evidence of the situation, wish to discuss possible future adventures, or explore your options, please do contact us directly at contact@noboundarieslimited.com.

Wishing you a safe weekend.

Still haven't returned money in 2 years.

No Boundaries still haven't returned my money in 2 years.

I've been chasing No Boundaries to return my money after Covid struck and our trip was cancelled by them. They've kept my money and used the excuse that the payment provider had not returned the money, and they had changes in directorship and company structure etc.

While I can appreciate regular updates on why they cannot pay, anyone can get frustrated 2 years later. At a certain point its recycling the same excuses over and over again.

However the fact that they can still book new trips, and take on new clients suggests, they just can't be bothered to make the effort. I've been forced to start the process of taking legal action against them as its nearly £600 they owe me.
