trips cancelled
trips cancelled, refused to pay our refund, only got it back after threatening legal action. the company is a joke - do not book as you will need another holiday to deal with the stress they cause you. absolute joke. they make the adventure teams write a review hence why they have an overall good rating on here. never ever ever again. you will not know your flight info til the very last minute, you will be fed excuse after excuse, you will being a stressed out human being and suspicious of the world.

I have investigated some of the claims you have made in this review to gain an understanding of what went wrong. I can see that you attended our Summer Adventure Teams Assessment last year in Italy for a chance to be a part of our sponsored summer Adventure Teams program. This program was set up to have a team of people who would work with us to help us develop activities in new locations and all trips were paid for and sponsored by us under our marketing budget. However, due to a lack of numbers, the decision was made afterwards that the program could not continue as it was no longer viable. This was a real shame as it was something that we were really excited about and are hoping to re-instate in the future.
With regards to reviews, every customer who goes on one of our trips is sent an automated email with a request to leave feedback and reviews, this is irrelevant if they are part of our other Adventure Teams program which is successfully ongoing or participants on any of our trips. We do not make anybody leave a review, and we only request reviews from people who have had a genuine experience with us to ensure we are continually improving.
We do not offer flights on any of our trips, other than our sponsored programs such as the adventure teams where the flight fare is covered as part of the program. Anyone on our sponsored teams is made aware flight information is released 7 days before travel at the time of signing up.
After reviewing all correspondence our company has had with youself, we have been open and honest with you throughout, as we are with all of our members. There was a delay in processing your refund which we advised you of and I am also aware our director personally stepped in to ensure that the issue was resolved for you.
Whilst we do appreciate the honest feedback and reviews from our members, we do find your review to be an unfair reflection of your experience - especially after you attended a free weekend in Italy as part of the assessment for which you sustained no cost.
We do appologise that we were forced to cancel the program and for the delay in the refund, however, at all times we communicated with you and responded to all your email enquiries, phone calls and live chats in a timely manner and provided honest updates throughout.

We had a wonderful guide so got to see a large number of places in the island.
We had a fabulose range of activities including diving and sea kayaking.

Still no refund
I raised a complaint with this company three months ago. I did this because, despite numerous polite emails to them, it proved impossible to get a list of their trips and the dates they would be running. So I requested a refund, as I did not feel that it reflected well on their capabilities to deliver potentially risky activities. I still have not received the refund I was promised. They have blamed their payment provider for the inability to deliver this and have passed the buck to me to ask my bank to refund the amount. In my opinion, this is an unprofessional company I would suggest anyone thinking about booking with them to think again. I see from a number of other reviews that I am not the only one who has not received a refund.

I have looked into this for you and can see that you purchased your 3-day Adventure Pass back in 2021. At the time of purchase, you would have been informed what the pass could be used for and how to use it.
Over the course of the next few months, you emailed us asking where you can find '3-day trips' on the website as it was only showing week-long, weekend, and single-day trips. A member of the team pointed out that any of our weekend trips were classed as three days.
On 10th May 2022, we offered to help you get booked onto a 3-day trip of your choice. The member of staff at the time asked for three dates so we could arrange an adventure to suit you. You did not reply until 13th March 2023.
I tried to help you with your booking via email and phone calls, however, you did not answer my question on which sport you were looking to partake in and you did not return any of my calls. Whilst waiting for your email reply, you unfortunately contacted ex-employees and previous owners which prompted a response from our Director. He emailed you to try and help you with this booking and would have been the 5th member of the team to offer assistance. It was at this point you requested a refund.
Unfortunately, your request came at a time when we were dealing with a change of management. Your refund may have taken longer than we had hoped due to no fault of your own and for this we apologise, however, you were kept up to date throughout the whole process and once again we have emailed you without a response.

Not to be trusted with your money. Extremely unprofessional when looking for a refund, refusing to pay mine. Lies, lies and more lies. Pleasw visit xompanies house to look at their accounts. please DO NOT waste your money. Hallam O Shea, the director also runs World Adventure Group who you might also want to check on companies house. Mr o Shea does not hold or posses any business qualifications. There is no ABTA ot ATOL protection and they will frwwly take your money. They refuse to give refunds to people who give them bad reviews on social media channels. I have been keft out of pocket and so will you too. They have no interest in you just your money. Be warned

Great adventure week
Great week! First Training Week for No Boundaries' Adventure Teams expeditions (I'm going to Greenland!). Week was full of activity, but I never felt rushed. No Boundaries engage local, qualified mountain guides who were extremely knowledgeable and competent. We hiked, we climbed Via Ferrata, we learned some basic climbing techniques and the cherry on the cake was an ascent to climb a 4000+m peak (Punta Giordani), across the Lys Glacier. A challenge, but definitely the highlight of the week.

Brilliant experience and good value for money. Wonderful local guides. Very easy trip logistically and great experience. We sadly had rain on the second day but the guides amended our plans and we had a lovely day hiking instead. I would recommend the trip and the company.

The booking agent advised the activity…
The booking agent advised the activity was for the whole day or atleast to mid afternoon but we were done by lunch time. i would have not driven 5 hours to do something for half a day. Therefore we had to find something else to do to fill our time. The staff who provided the activity were excellent and were independent to the company who made the booking.

We have taken this matter up directly with the provider as they had advised us it would be a full day (6 hours of activity plus kit up etc) as we had agreed with you. Whilst I appreciate the fact that the staff who delivered the activity for us were excellent, they did not deliver the full day as was agreed.
The majority of activities we deliver are all in-house with direct contracts and agreements, however, in this instance, we had been let down and had to outsource to ensure your activity went ahead smoothly without you being affected.

No Boundaries trips are great, and this one was no exception - a terrific guide and a magnificent setting. It would be 5 stars but at the moment the admin side is a bit lacking, although it was all ok in the end. I would thoroughly recommend No Boundaries to anyone with an open mind and an adventurous spirit.

Excellent guide, scenery, and company
I had an excellent time with old and new friends in Gressoney doing via ferrata :). Our guide and accommodation host was truly fantastic and very knowledgeable about the beautiful landscape around us. Via ferrata felt to me like a wonderful mix of hiking and climbing and it makes for an amazing way to explore mountainous environments.
