So finally managed to visit this “food truck” and have to say I am so sorry it took me so long, but it was worth the wait.
I am terrible at making a decision and everything sounded so good so I picked the trio bibimbap to get a bit of everything.
Wow, it was amazing!!
So flavourful, so fresh, spicy, zingy, hot, tasty.
And the portion was very generous too (I was warned but I was up to the challenge!!)
In fact me and my partner have eaten it for lunch both yesterday and today.
My only problem? This was so lush it will be hard not ordering the same again next time, but I will try to work my way through the menu as suggested.
Great friendly and quick service.
So to conclude. Really recommend this place, not the cheapest meal choice (but created 4 lunches which ain’t bad!!) but absolutely worth it.
Look forward to next time.

From the transport to getting the equipment for skiing, everything went smoothly!

Will definitely be using No Boundaries again soon and I do recommend to anyone who wants a holiday without stress.

We had a lovely holiday skiing in the Aosta Valley with No Boundaries. This was our third holiday with them and it lived up to expectations. Also, customer services is superb: Hal and Michael came to our rescue when the rental car broke down with just a few hours to spare before our flight home, sorting out all the logistics to get us to our flight on time. Thanks so much!

I really needed a break, which I really enjoyed to the full, and I’m giving 4 stars only because the breakfast from the accommodation owner and his manner were poor. But this was not to blame on New Boundaries.

One of the best birthdays I had with No boundaries, for my adventure to Gresonney for a sowboarding week :).

AFTER TWO YEARS I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY £4000 POUNDS.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
YOU HAVE NO RESPECT TO PEOPLE.
WE NEED THAT MONEY FOR OTHER LIFE ISSUES, AND IT'S UNACCEPTABLE YOU DON'T TAKE PEOPLE'S LIFES AND MONEY SERIOUSLY ENOUGH.

YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A COMPANY IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THE ECONOMY.
IT IS A SHAME SINCE WE HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE ONCE AND THAT'S WHY WE DECIDED TO JOIN THE TESTERS. BUT SADLY THIS NO LONGER OUR OPINION.

I signed myself and my child up for the tester programme with no boundaries. When it became clear we were unable to arrange a suitable date I requested a refund, this was clearly stated as an option when I signed up.
Many months later they have stopped responding to my emails and have ignored a small claim which was decided in my favour. I'm sure their activities are a lot of fun but if you have any doubts about your ability to go or reschedule if things don't go to plan I would recommend not booking with these guys.

Our coach, Jonathan, is experienced, kind and well-prepared. I enjoyed climbing with him and it was a wonderful day!

If No Boundaries can consider a group pick-up from the nearest big train station and start the day at 10am, that would encourage more people living in other parts of the UK who do not drive, like me, to join more frequently 🧡! I hope to join your activities more frequently in the future 😁!

I would give Mauro five stars for being a really fantastic guide and companion.
No Boundaries could have communicated better but overall, thanks to Mauro I had a really great trip.

A Via Ferrara weekend in Italy - our guide had 30 years of alpine experience and was very good indeed. Accommodation was better than expected and good to be part of a small 6 person group. Would definitely recommend.

Great week in Lecco via ferrata . Luca our guide was great. Some very challenging via ferrata's but achievable. The bnb was fantastic and our host Marie was warm and welcoming and made the werk even better.

I am writing this review as someone who has seen both the best and the worst of No Boundaries.

The good: I went on a weekend bouldering trip to Italy with 5 friends having purchased one of their bargain offer passes. Aside from some issues receiving flight details in the weeks leading up to the trip, once we were there everything was very well organised and we had a fantastic time.

The bad: I also signed up to their activity tester programme, paying a £1198 deposit for me and a friend. We tried for months to confirm the dates for the trip, which were repeatedly rearranged. The programme was ultimately cancelled over a year later and we accepted their offer for a full refund. After 30 days we were told they were having issues with their payment provider and I should raise a chargeback with my bank. I declined, stating my rights to a refund, and suggested a bank transfer. After some more weeks of fruitless chasing I sent a formal letter of complaint. In response they apologised and promised a refund within 3-5 days and a free voucher for £100 each towards any trip. 8 days later the money had not arrived so I continued to chase, with no response. The money finally appeared over 60 days after the trip was cancelled.

We won't be using the free vouchers.

Just returned from adventure team training week 2 and had a great time. No boundaries put on a great training week, amazing hiking in a spectacular location, walking above the clouds, scrambling and ridge walking. Accommodation and guide were great!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, would definitely recommend to friends and family! Special shout-out to Hallam who guided us all the way!

What can I say but absolutely amazing could have done more for me!! Hallam you’re amazing

I booked an ice climbing trip with No boundaries and the trip had been cancelled.

I'd later asked them if I could get a refund and they'd told me that I could. This was in December 2022. Everytime I message them they have been coming up with excuses. They could have said I'm not eligible for a refund but it really bothers me that they're continuously lying to me - everytime telling me that they would "refund me in the next 30 days". This has happened over 3 times, and even then they take weeks to respond.

To all potential customers out there - you could have a good experience by booking an experience if everything goes well - but just in case it doesn't you could lose all the money you've deposited into the company.

To everyone who has been waiting for refunds - I'm going to take my matter to small claims court - even though I'm going to lose a small amount this is the price I'm having to pay for trusting this company.

Looking at other comments in this page I really think this company should be sued.

Just back from the Grigne Mountains above Lake Como on a weekend trip with No Boundaries. Stunning views. Some of the hiking was more challenging than billed but still good. Our guide Martha was excellent, very keen to make sure we enjoyed ourselves in spite of the weather, and came up with some alternative experiences to avoid the deluge.

The hike around the Brenta Dolomites was stunning and our guide Martha Consolino made the experience even better. So beautiful. I fully recommend it.
The reason for not giving the full 5 stars is the miss-communication with the agency before the actual trip which I am hoping they will improve on. The itinerary they planned was definitely 5 stars.
