Do not order from them if you live in Norway!
I must admit I should have read the fine print, but to my surprise Lookfantastic had not managed to handle the new import rules for Norway. Most other web sites have managed to charge the buyer what is needed to import what is purchased. This is the only international company I have ordered from this Christmas that has resulted in a price increase of NOK 290 due to missing toll payment by the sender which in turn then resulted in a huge handling fee for me as well. My shampoo ended up costing me double what I paid at Lookfantastic. I cannot buy anything else from them until these issues are resolved as they have good routines for shipments to Norway. In regards to the product, it was exactly as expected and Lookfantastic sent the product fairly quickly.

I have still not received my booking
I have still not received my booking. I have waited nearly 2 months. And it is not possible to get in touch with this company. Track and trace informs me that the goods has been damaged in transport and will be returned to the sender. But no-one has contacted me, to let me know what is happening.
Totally rubbish!!!

The website is no.lookfantastic.com NOT lookfantastic.no . Therefore, this means that the products they sell are from outside of Norway and are subject to taxing (with certain cost). Just be careful about that that you are subject to taxing!.

What a scam
What a scam! Pretends to be a Norwegian site that offers free delivery or fast tracked delivery for 49kr. In reality any order over 350kr gets stuck in customs in Norway unless you (the customer) pay an outrageous toll fee! Customer service won’t even reply. Awful.

The package was sent from the Netherlands so custom opened each and every one of the products I ordered, leaving two of them not sealed properly and ruining the whole thing for me. Waste of time (took over three weeks for me to receive it) and money (paid 287NOK for a sticky slimy mess I won’t be able to use)
