Good service at a good price
Good service at a good price and excellent clean. Our new puppy arrived about 9 months ago. Puppies and carpets do not mix well and the carpets were stained in several places. We opted for the deep clean and the stains have gone. The hall/stairs carpet which has been down for best part of 20 years is looking refreshed and good for a fair few years yet.
True they changed the arrival time but we were kept up to date: their communications were good. There cleaner was excellent, polite and friendly.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Their cleaning chemical leached colour from furniture into cream carpets. They took no precautions and no responsibility. Ended up with orange stains that I’ve struggled to remove. Attitude of Ross, the cleaner, was poor, he was over an hour late and bashed my paintwork with his cleaning apparatus and was cheeky. Carol in the office was rude and did not allow me to speak on phone without cutting across me. I’ve ended up with stained carpets and bashed paintwork. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere for your carpet cleaning. Not worth the problems.

Hands down the worst service I have…
Hands down the worst service I have ever received. My carpets were left with a horrendous damp smell that was most definitely NOT there before (as they tried to imply). I left it a few days to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping it would just dry and go but it didn’t so I called to let them know and they sent someone out to re-do them. The new engineer walked through my house with filthy trainers on and no shoe coverings (on my recently cleaned carpets?!). After this clean, the smell still hadn’t gone away. When I called to explain I still wasn’t happy the person on the phone was very dismissive and kept saying I need to speak with Ebony (as if I’m meant to know who that is). They promised to call me back on numerous occasions but never did, I always had to chase them and each time they would say they were looking into it would get back to me. When I had to eventually call again having not heard back, I explained everything that had happened to the person who answered the phone and she was immediately defensive and shockingly rude. She was adamant that any smell on the carpet must have been my fault and even accused me of spilling milk or something on the carpet - ridiculous! She was patronising and aggressive and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Before hanging up she also shouted down the phone that any review I made she would have removed. Awful experience end-to-end.

We recently had two large rugs deep cleaned and the service was excellent. He was on time, polite and friendly and even cleaned two smaller rugs/door mats free of charge whilst he was here. I will defininetly be using their service again.

Expensive rug cleaned to perfection.
