Looks like a brand new carpet!
Laid too light a carpet in a throughway area compounded by a poorly pet! Plans to replace put on hold in lockdown so gave professional cleaning a go if only to get out the worst stains. Booking online was easy, availability good, price very reasonable at £20 per room. The operator was extremely helpful and pleasant. Not only did the stains go but a brand new carpet emerged before my eyes. Won't be changing it now for a few more years!!

Polite, on time, quick service.
Took a few days to dry and smelt like wet carpet for about 3 days after. Always looks cleaner just after it's been done and lots of the spots come up again when it dries but it looks much better.

As I had paid the package of two room…
As I had paid the package of two room cleaning for carpet cleaning, when technician arrived for cleaning he advised me for deep cleaning for carpet cleaning at 15 pounds each room I agreed for that after finishing his work carpet was not cleaned. I can say it was just cleaned.so I won't recommend for any body this company.

Shocking customer service completely ignored my complaint I emailed and called several times with promises of call backs but nothing do not use this company the service if something goes wrong is rubbish I will never use them again
Response to their reply:I did not receive a response as I was promised in my last contact Via web chat with your Company therefore what is being said in your reply is inaccurate. I have also never received a reply to the email I sent. Your staff lied to me about not having received my complaint originally - I am aware that the missed room was eventually done however it was the way my subsequent contact with the company was handled that I am upset about the after service was shocking

I appreciate it was an inconvenience to you that it wasn't next day however we didn't have a van going out that day so it was just not possible I am afraid. Excellent service and very respectful staff. We have used No1 Carpet cleaners on 2 occasions now and both times we have been very happy with the results. They arrived on time and moved all the furniture for us. Our carpets are quite old and we have a dog so we weren't expecting too much, but now the carpets in our lounge and bedrooms look like new. A brilliant job chaps please pass on our thanks.

A terrible service from start to finish. Do not use this company. They left our carpets filthy and refused to respond to our pleas to rectify the problem. I cleaned them myself in the end with a hired cleaner so wasted money on a very poor job. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your money.

Had my carpets cleaned in December (yes December). Absolute waste of money they are no different what’s so ever I paid cash to the technician for a deep clean but apparently my cash is untraceable and on paper work I declined the deep clean which is an absolute LIE. I had my landing, stairs and frontroom cleaned took them no longer than 30min to do and took 2 days for my frontroom carpet to dry it was absolutely soaking wet after many emails been sent to(ebony)she just isn’t interested in what I have had to say still waiting on a phone call regarding my complaint. This company is just out to rob people. I will be forwarding all photographs emails over to trading standards !!!
