The Team Noagent were onto it i got very good exposure and a few tyre kicker's but we didn't sell it because for one i didn't have the current figures and 2 i needed to push it pay some to get better exposure but overall it was a good experience and eventually I closed the retail shop anyway due to other circumstances...

I sold my business within around 8 weeks of advertising. The main help I received was advice on what to include and exclude from the ad, and then a redraft of my initial attempt at writing the ad, which improved it significantly.

I tired using a business broker to sell my business, but straight away it felt like the same old story.

big commissions, upfront fees, and pressure to drop the price “just to get a deal done.” After 12 months with a broker and no real buyers that wanted to pay what its worth I found No Agent Business on google.

Buyers talk to you direct, i have control over my ad fully, there is no middle man to confuse the situation, everyone I talked with told me how much better it was dealing with the owner direct.

The team at no agent are upfront, helpful, and actually listened to what I wanted. i had the business sold in a few months after advertising and i just needed a solicitor to handle all my contracts and paperwork.

I honestly don’t know why people use business brokers, anyone wanting to buy a business want to talk to the owner not some sales rep.

Staff were super helpful and it was so fast and cheap to get the ad up. Like really fast. And so many enquiries that were so easy to answer as well. Sold within a few months. Highly recommend and would definitely recommend.
