Noagent means no need for an expensive middle man salesman
Noagent provides all the tools you need to effectively market your property/business. As the owner you know what you are selling and can answer any question the prospective buyer asks. No need for a middleman salesman who really doesn't understand exactly what you are selling. Our first inspection was 2.5 hours which meant that buyer new exactly what was on the market

4 day listing incurred with a fake enquiry to lease the shop, my mistake & removed the ade.
On Friday spoke to Veronica at No Agent business they kindly relisted the ade immediately on Friday 11am providing in 4 enquiries.
Saturday morning 8am I had 2 inspection and accepted new tenant.
Simply amazing week and great ending with long term lease.
